New Four BR Luxury Vacation Home on Hilton Head Bikes & Beach Gear included

Wonderful brand new luxury vacation home in the Spanish Wells area on Hilton Head Island. Beautiful new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid countertops and fully stocked with pots and pans to prepare all the gourmet meals or lunches for the family. Living room has brand new furniture with large screen TV to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Dining area is just off the kitchen with extra bar stools for eating. Living room has a fold out couch so home sleeps fourteen comfortably. There is a half bath downstairs just off the living room. The one car garage, parking in the driveway and you can park one car on the street allow for you to bring three cars to the home. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 28 Pink Sand Lane is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with a sitting area and full en suite bath with walk in shower. The two Guest bedrooms have queen size beds and a full bath also. Big bedroom upstairs for all the kids with three double beds and full bathroom with TV to watch all their favorite shows. Two of the beds on the third floor are adjustable to raise or lower to help your back when you sleep. Nice porch off the living to relax after a wonderful day at the beach. Easy drive to the Forest Beach area where you have plenty of parking and easy beach access. Great shopping and dining at Coligny in the Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island.

Just minutes from the home is shopping, dining, golfing, biking and world famous white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head offers over 30 golf courses, 200 restaurants, 250 shops, 117 miles of bike paths, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts and 17 miles of beaches. Enjoy going para sailing, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, horse back riding all while staying at 28 Pink Sand Lane. Wonderful luxury vacation home with all the amenities on Hilton Head to enjoy. Home Away From Home

The location was near shopping and restaurants. It was also in an area that was peaceful and quiet. The facility had more than enough room for a large family. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. My stay was an enjoyable and meaningful one.

Girls golf outing

Wonderful Experience

Excellent property at a safe location, very convenient to all activities. Amenities are good, feels just like at home. House is super clean, kids had a blast in the bed room in the 3rd floor.

Great location

This property was overall very well kept and comfortable. Close to all the stores, restaurants and beaches which was great. The two chairs in the living room probably need to be replaced but weren't too much of an issue for our trip.

Great Bacation

Newly built home in a convenient, quiet location. Well equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Nice 3rd floor “dorm” is great for kids. Property manager was very attentive to our needs and solved some problems. We would return if we visit Hilton Head again.

Beautiful home with everything you need

We had a wonderful stay here for our first vacation to Hilton head. It was in a quiet area of the island with some easy access to a bike path. It was a short drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The home was exactly as advertised and everyone loved it. We would absolutely stay here again. Our only recommendation would be that they get the home and exterior sprayed for bugs as we had a lot of unwanted visitors despite never leaving food out.

Perfect Stay

We arrived early with an infant and we were so happy that upon arrival the property manager was able to let us in the condo a few hours early! With an infant that was worth it's weight in gold! Couldn't thank you enough. The condo is beautiful and we had such an amazing time away!

Beautiful home, awesome location!

We absolutely loved our stay on Pink Sand Lane. We brought our whole crew, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Being just minutes away from the beach, stores, and attractions was just perfect! Coligny Beach Park was just 8 minutes away, and absolutely beautiful. Check in/out were so simple. The only things we were asked to do for checkout was to take out the trash and start the dishwasher. This is definitely somewhere that we would come back and stay at again. We highly recommend this VRBO home!

New and Convenient Hilton Head Property!

The photos are accurate and the home is well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, beach chairs and two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom. Everything was clean upon arrival. If you desire to cook, you will need to purchase seasonings/oils but you will find everything else needed to prepare a meal in the home. Everything we did was a quick 5-10 minute drive away, including Burke's Beach. Highly recommend the home and we would return!

Good stay

We arrived at the office at 4:30 on Wednesday, but it was locked up. The check-in package was in the lock box though. Overall enjoyed the stay, however, the microwave was dirty, the coffee pot was missing, we had to go buy trash bag's, and the bathroom towels were very similar to washing and drying with sand paper.

Picturesque

The townhouse was as described. Clean and well maintained but also cozy and welcoming. The furniture in the living room was comfortable and easily accommodated six adults. The home is situated on a very narrow street that allows for parking at the curb, however there did not seem to be rhyme or reason as to which side to park on. Neighbors and visitors parked in front of this home and made it difficult to maneuver through with a large vehicle. It’s also a dead end street which made turning around difficult. Aside from that, this was a wonderful experience and the island had lots to offer even in the off season. The townhome was within just a few minutes of everything you needed or wanted to do. Be warned though that everything including restaurants closed very early. Shops by 6:00 pm and most restaurants by 10:00pm. Everyone in my party would travel here again and stay in this area.
