Dennis is an awesome host. The place is always clean and comfortable. It's very convenient to all Hilton Head Island has to offer. I've been here often and plan to use this condo again next year.

The villa was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the the beach and the pool. But for me the best part was walking to Holy Family catholic church for daily mass. My family really enjoyed the pool and the beach. They said it was their best vacation ever.

The property was great especially for young adults. We were traveling with my 86 year old Grandmother and I would not recommend this Villa for elders. It has 16 stairs to get up to the unit and there is no elevator. Other than that, the place was great. It was cozy and had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Fantastic place to stay in Hilton Head

A week long stay for 4 adults & 3 children at a well kept, spacious place that is in close proximity to the beach and food places. The owner was very informative and communicated from the beginning to the end of the rental process. We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to the island.

This villa was the perfect size for our family of 5 ... very clean and comfortable! It was walking distance from Coligny shopping and eating, and the beach was a 12 min or so walk or a short drive away. The pool was terrific too ... loved having the option of a beach or pool day! Our stay at this villa made for a wonderful family vacation!

Our stay was very good, the property was excellent. We were happy with what was offered at the property, it offered lots of space and many accommodations. Especially if you have kids, there were many play areas very close for them to play outside. Plus the pool has a baby pool, very nice pools.

Beach Time on Hilton Head

We had a great time. Short walk to pool and beach! All amenities for a relaxing week! Good communication with property manager before and during our stay. We would definitely book this property again!

Great place

The condo was a great place to stay….the walk to the beach was harder with children with beach toys. We never found the tennis courts or saw a beach shuttle but a couple of times. Couldn’t find a shuttle schedule.

Charming condo in perfect location

Our family really enjoyed our time in Hilton head and our villa did not disappoint. We were very comfortable there and it provided everything we needed throughout our stay. We loved the close proximity to everything. Dennis was a great host and set us up perfectly.

Memorial Day Weekend Beach Trip

My wife and our friends stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and our host gave us plenty of detail regarding check in and check out. The location of this condo is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I would totally recommend this place.

The condo and location was nice and in a very convenient location, we could walk to the beach, park, grocery store and multiple restaurants, when we arrived we noticed the floors were dirty and almost gritty, my children's feet were immediately black from going from the front door to the living room, the upstairs bedroom has two twin sized beds and one of the mattresses was broken which made the stay inconvenient for my 2 children, upon leaving we removed all the bedding as directed and noticed that the same broken mattresses had stains all over it, I did address the situation with the owners who stated that they were the last one to stay there and they hired a new cleaning service. The family had a good vacation we just hope that these issues are addressed in the future

Great location and well kept property

Parking issue was resolved but had to watch for vehicle to move. With that being said, owner was receptive and quick to help with the issue. Very clean property, close to beach, shopping and restaurants.
