Relaxing And Fun Beachhouse

Come to our beachhouse to have fun on Hilton Head Island or kick back and just relax.

Enjoy the short 3-5 minute walk to our natural pristine beach on this beachfront property with 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a whirlpool/hot tub, tennis courts, sauna, exercise room, basketball court, playground area, bbq area, lagoon and gated with a security guard community. We are in the 3rd set of buildings from the beachfront.

The unit is on the 2nd floor - NO elevator.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with fully stocked kitchen (just groceries needed), living room, laundry room and screened porch offers you all the convenience of home while on vacation.

Within a 5-7 minute drive you are at great shopping, restaurants and 12 miles of additional beaches on our island. Hilton Head Island is rated as a Gold Level Friendly Community by the American League of Bicyclists with great multi-use pathways. We enjoy riding a bike. Bike rentals are popular and weekly rentals includes delivery.

Conveniently located close to everything - restaurants, shopping, entertainment and all the local needs - library, hospital, airport and much more.

PLEASE NOTE: NO pets allowed, NO commercial nor NO cargo vehicles, NO sprinters, NO RVs, NO boats, NO motorcycles, NO scooters, NO electric bikes, NO jet ski nor NO kayaks permitted on our parking lot..

Great condo in Hilton Head

The condo was conveniently located for all of our vacation needs. Check in process was easy and any questions we had or answered right away from host.We appreciated using the pool amenities after a day of being around town. Would recommend and would stay here again if needed in the future.

We really enjoyed staying in yalls beach house apartment, yall have a very nice place and we tried to leave it the way it was when we arrived. Everything was great, this was our first time staying in Hilton Head.

Property was as advertised and met our needs perfectly. Property is within walking distance to the beach, just not a swimming beach, which is my only complaint. But very nice beach was within a 5 minute drive and parking rates were reasonable.

HER STORY: One of my fondest memories is the summers I spent in SC. My father was taught the importance of family and with him wanting to share the unity and love of his family, we journeyed to SC as a family on vacation, bringing us often to Hilton Head Island.
This was a wonderful experience, so as an adult, I too wanted to share SC with my family and express the heritage of family. And now having the opportunity to have a SC zip code on HHI, to share with family and friends, I am excited. I believe owning a home on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina will allow me a greater awareness of who my family was, is and to build on who they will become - THE LEGACY. Come Journey with me and my family.
