The Space:

Welcome to this lovely villa at 23 The Cottages! You'll find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all updated and ready for your stay. The primary bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom, is situated on the first floor. The second and third bedrooms are located upstairs, with the first bedroom showcasing a queen bed and the second bedroom having two full-size beds. Additionally, there is a twin rollaway bed in the closet, perfect for an extra kiddo if needed!



Our villa is located in the prime Shipyard Community, offering easy access to endless miles of bike trails. The Shipyard Beach Club is just a 10-15 minute bike ride away, while Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants and Lowcountry Celebration Park are also within easy reach. You can do as much or as little as you like while you're on the island. You'll find something for everyone, from fun on the beaches at HHI or 12 miles away on Tybee Island, to ziplining, water sports of every kind, golf, tennis, shopping, dining, museums, and more. PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

Every reservation is required to complete a quick Guest Portal before check-in. It's a secure external link we'll send you shortly after booking, and it's also where you'll find all your check-in details - including your all-important door code.



The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:



1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
