Der Aufenthalt war super. Jedoch bin ich seit 2 Monaten damit beschäftigt eine korrekte Rechnung für meine Buchhaltung zu erhalten. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die sich nur unregelmäßig und dann meist unfreundlich zurückmeldet, ist der Horror. Sie stellte uns eine Rechnung über einen unvollständigen Betrag aus. Mit dieser kann unsere Buchhaltung nichts anfangen. Die Gastgeberin ignoriert mich inzwischen, trotz Kontaktaufnahme über FeWo.Diese Arbeit hinterher macht den ganzen eigentlich schönen Aufenthalt kaputt.

Das Haus hatte eine sehr schöne Lage, eine tolle Einteilung der Räume, leider war einiges defekt, der Billardtisch war nicht zu benutzen, das Tischtennis Spiel /Tisch war nicht vorhanden, die Waschtische waren teils verstopft. Aus den Siphons, kam ein schlechter Geruch man konnte die Brausen nicht fixieren, fast alle Toilettenbrillen waren los/ haben gewackelt …

Le chalet est spacieux avec une grande terrasse, la décoration est soignée, les lits très confortables…. les douches , la cuisine tout y est… le jacuzzi et le sauna super après le ski! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.

Très beau chalet pour un séjour en famille

Chalet bien situé et bien équipé pour accommoder une grande famille avec enfants en bas âge. Seul bémol est l’occupation du chalet voisin les week-ends par des bandes de fêtards plus ou moins bruyants. Pauline a été à l’écoute et nous a aidé dans la mesure de ses moyens.

Dans un quartier récent de chalets luxueux et typiques, le bien est spacieux pour les grandes familles ou les groupes. Il est bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Idéalement placé, non loin du pied des pistes de même que proche du centre-ville. Parfait à toutes saisons.

Nous avons passé un séjour au top dans ce magnifique chalet vraiment fait pour la vie à 18. Sauna, jacuzzi, Kicker... 3 grandes doubles chambres avec salle de bains et TV. Deux autres chambres chambres et le dortoir se partageant deux magnifiques salle de bain. Grande terrasse avec BBQ et vue sur le lac. Les pistes juste derrière le chalet... Mais que demandez de mieux??? Notre exigence a été complètement satisfaite.

Très beau chalet, parfait pour notre réunion de famille (17 personnes, 3 générations)

Le chalet Mauselaine était d'une propreté remarquable, globalement très fonctionnel, avec une décoration affirmée. La pièce à vivre, très vaste, permet des repas et des soirées conviviaux. Les nombreuses salles de douche évitent de faire la queue au moment des toilettes. Les lits sont confortables. Nos seniors (81 et 74 ans) ont réussi à monter les escaliers qui sont incontournables. Le jacuzzi, le baby-foot et la table de ping-pong ont occupés petits et grands les jours de pluie. La vue est magnifique malgré d'autres chalets en travaux autour, au moment de notre séjour. Il y a de quoi faire de belles randonnées pour les marcheurs. Le propriétaire a été très agréable. J'espère qu'il pourra compléter l'éclairage qui est joli mais un peu faible dans la grande salle.

MAGINIFIQUE CHALET

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce chalet. Très spacieux, nous n'étions pas les uns sur les autres mais avions chacun notre espace, même dans les espaces communs à 18 ... Les prestations sont au top... jacuzzi et spa très agréable, la salle de jeu pourrait être améliorer par un jeu de fléchette ou un billard à la place du baby-foot , mais c 'est une question de gout! La qualité des matériaux, le nombre de SDB est très appréciable au vu du nombre que nous étions. L'espace dortoir très très agréable pour les enfants... ils ont adoré et nous aussi. En revanche si des adultes y dorment , il manquerait quelque chose comme un paravent par exemple pour se séparer du hall et des autres chambres puisque cet espace est visible de tous... afin de plus d'intimité.... Séjour très agréable en famille, prestation de qualité, hôte très accueillant et agréable, magnifique vue.... au calme... tout était parfait nous regrettons simplement de n'être pas resté plus longtemps...
