DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE COMFY & COZY D

Condo on edge of Downtown, close to The Gulch, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt U, Marathon Village, The Parthenon, and more! We have multiple units so can accommodate larger groups in adjacent units (Ask us). Experience Nashville and all its bars, honky tonks, and great restaurants. The entire condo is updated with new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steel sink.

Convenient to Downtown, Midtown, The Gulch, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt - Short Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere! Can walk if you're industrious.

Free private parking is available on-site. We have 4 nearly identical units in the same building. We have furnished and decorated them nearly identical, so the photos you see may actually pertain to another unit but are representative of each unit (this is a second-floor unit).

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Let us know if you leave before checkout time, so that we can let the cleaning crew know. TY
Start of load of towels in the washing machine. Laundry pods can be found in the bedroom closet located closest to the bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No house parties allowed. We reserve the right to do additional screening. Locals must communicate with us PRIOR to booking.
$50 late checkout fee beyond 11AM without permission. No loud activities, quiet hours after 11:00 PM
Same day bookings must provide the information requested in the Rental Agreement PRIOR to booking. If you need details message us and we will send.

We had a wonderful and cozy stay. The place was very close to the downtown area; we did Uber into downtown, but all of the drives were very inexpensive, and it is walkable to downtown. The rooms were very comfortable and the living area was very roomy for our group (3 people).

Upon arrival, noticed beds were low to the ground, but very comfortable. The clock on the wall was always 5:00. Took as a sign to have fun. Location was close enough to downtown, just a few minutes drive and about 20 min from General Jackson paddle boat and Opry mall. Was a fun trip and enjoy the Nashville Zoo, Johnny Cash museum, Escape room, General Jackson Boat ride in the evening.
