This Fabulous 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Townhome in Championsgate is a very popular layout and a fabulous home. The home features 2 king bedrooms with one being a master with Ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms feature a twin and full bed in each to sleep a total of 10.

This home is professionally decorated and is just beautiful. The main floor features an open concept floor plan with fully stocked open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, dining room and a spacious living room. Patio doors lead out to a covered lanai and your own pool with privacy. One King bedroom downstairs and the 3 additional bedrooms are on the second floor with the master with ensuite as well as another bath for the other 2 bedrooms.

We stay in this neighborhood each year and always love it. We didnt use the pool as we were so close to the community pool resort. It was walkable, but we typically just drove over. This house in particular offered a lot of privacy which was nice. It also had many parking spots.

Alex was so helpful in helping us the whole entire time. He was able to satisfy every request we needed or had questions about. The place is amazing and even though it was cold, the place it’s absolutely amazing and my kids thorough enjoyed. Cleanliness was immaculate and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

We received this 1* review from the guest 2.5 months later. The guest did not even stay and we will ask VRBO for a retraction. The guest booked last minute and did not pay for the stay and even after several attempts for us to try and collect payment we were still unsuccessful. Several suspicious comments about it were also stated by the guest on three different chat comments on VRBO as well. Obviously does not warrant any review let alone a 1* with no comments made.
