Baden offers 37 km of coastline in the heart of the Morbihan Gulf (or "small sea"), a site forming part of the most beautiful gulfs in the world.

These two rental houses prioritises space (70 m2), brightness, a neat and contemporary decor, well-being in each offering a large south facing terrace, fully equipped and a raised and fully enclosed garden, with close your private parking.
The interior equipment is very comprehensive to meet all your needs. Free secure WiFi connection is offered. childcare facilities you can be loaned free of charge to not overload you.

The village of Baden and shops (open on Sundays) are with 600m supermarket 800m.
For our tenants 'hikers' trails are numerous, the departure of one of its coastal paths is located 800m from .L'accès houses to the nearest beaches are within 5 minutes by car because the coast is very cut ( Locmiquel beach and 7 islands)

The Baden Golf 18 holes is near the houses.
For activity holidays in Southern Brittany, the activities offer a very rich palette:
Boating, kayaking Beach, Golf, tennis club, horse farm, folklore, gastronomy, leisure park, beaches, cruises to the islands
 Gulf, megaliths, chapels, ponds and bird watching, its oyster farming, its fishing ......
Port-Blanc or the pier to the Gulf Islands within 5 km (Ile aux Moines, Ile d'Arz) in single pass or cruise circuits.

You will be ideally located in the Morbihan between Auray 8 kms (its big market on Monday and the small port of St Goustan and its restaurants at the water's edge) and Vannes 12 kms (city of art and history with gardens ramparts and its marina), to connect quickly (15-20 minutes) the two peninsulas that surround it: Carnac- Quiberon and Port navalo - wearing Crouesty)

Wir hatten (Familie mit Hund) zwei schöne Wochen in der vielseitigen Gegend.Ein Auto und Fahrrad sind empfehlenswert, um auch weiter entfernte Ziele (z. B. Atlantikstrände, Quibéron) ansteuern zu können.

Accueil très sympathique avec des friandises en cadeau de bienvenue. Le logement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Situé au calme dans une rue peu passante, on peut dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Le bourg et les commerces sont à proximité. Jardin entièrement clos et le parking est privatif .Le débit internet est très important. Bref je le recommande.

Bel endroit calme, maison spacieuse avec tout le confort. Jolie décoration sobre et agréable et il ne manque rien dans les aménagements. Jardin et terrasse où il fait bon prendre un verre ou se détendre, même en novembre. Très proche du centre ville et d'un super-marché. Quant aux environs, il y a pléthore de beaux endroits à découvrir dans le golfe, les différentes îles, les sentiers, etc. Nous recommandons.

We had a good time at this wel stocked gîte. The owners are very sympha! Location peaceful, gîte well maintained. Lovely and sunny terrace to enjoy outside meals. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, the were rather hard. A small investment in some boxsprings and duvets would make a world of difference….
