Detached villa in the countryside

Quiet detached villa, 160 square meters with large garden, located near the Oso river, 5 minutes from the beach of Saint-Cyprien, 7 kilometers from the city of Porto-Vecchio.
The villa consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen, terrace, pantry, toilet, hallway, three bedrooms, one with dressing room, and a bathroom (bath and shower) with wc.
It has a prime location for combining walks in the countryside, swimming in the river or the beach, mountain hikes.
A short distance away, numerous leisure activities (hiking, river, sea, diving, water sports, horse riding centers, shopping centers, nightlife, etc.), main shops between 5 and 10 kilometers away, restaurant-pizzeria at 400 meters, grocery store at 1 kilometer.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, it is air conditioned and we provide a wifi connection.
We can provide linens (to be defined before arrival - price on request).
End of stay cleaning to be provided at an additional cost if not made clean.
A 1500 € deposit check will be requested upon arrival.
Stay from Saturday to Saturday. 7 nights minimum

Casa amena e con tutti i comfort

Un bel soggiorno a 15 minuti dal centro di Porto Vecchio, 10 minuti da San Ciprianu ed entro una mezz’ora o meno dalle spiagge di Palombaggia e Santa Giulia. La casa sia molto funzionale che esteticamente molto gradevole. Fornita di tutto quello che serve sia in cucina che nel giardino. I proprietari molto discreti e gentili. La consiglierei a tutti coloro che viaggeranno nella Corsica del Sud. Ps: a un paio di minuti di auto ci sono supermercato spar piuttosto grande, boulangerie che vende baguette e dolci e una charcuterie.

Das beste Ferienhaus das wir je hatten

Das vollständig ausgestattete Haus ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bad und WC sind Top. Ein großer Garten mit schönem Bergblick steht Kindern zum Spielen zur Verfügung. Die sehr große Terasse bietet 14(!) Sitzplätze an einem großen Tisch sowie Liegen und weitere Gartenmöbel. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich. Supermarkt ist in 5 Min erreichbar. Zum sehr schönen Strand von San Ciprianu dauert es nur 10 Min. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de la maison de Robert et Maryline. La maison est très agréable et tout le nécessaire y est présent. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Parfait !

Propreté, équipements, accueil et panier de bienvenue, calme et à proximité immédiate des plages, commerces, de Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, Bavella et ses nombreuses randonnées. Il ne manquait plus que la piscine. Merci à Robert pour son accueil.

Accueil chaleureux

Un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Un endroit où l'on voudrait rester plus longtemps. Un calme bienfaisant un hébergement très agréable. Le seul "bémol " c'est qu'il faut rentrer à un moment. Merci encore aux propriétaires en espérant vous revoir très bientôt.
