New: Pretty house of 100 m2 living space on 800 m2 of land in a very quiet and pleasant area in the heart of Auvergne. Is ideally placed for quick access to many tourist sites, A75 5 minutes from the house. capacity 4 to 6 people, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each and large storage, walk-in shower, 2 separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave, washing machine in utility room. 400 E deposit refunded at the end of the stay. Optional household 100 E. Animals accepted under good condition: 40 E. Electricity 18 cents per kwh. These costs are to be paid to the owner during the stay.

Absolutely perfect! A place to chill after a long journey!

Without hesitation, the host accepted our 3 dogs. We felt welcomed and safe straight away. The neighbourhood is lovely. The little village is calm, remote and a hide-way. It is a perfect place for walks and short trips. Culture and history is everywhere. We spent 6 weeks in Charbonnier-les-Mines and can only recommend the well-kept house. Many thanks to Cecilie and her father for their hospitality and constant care during our stay.

Tres déçus par rapport aux photos du site non récentes . Pas de wifi . Propreté a revoir , toiles et araignées ont envahie les chambres . Problèmes de chasse d eau .Matériel cassé non remplacé. Accueil a revoir en présence d une personne apte a faire ce job. Il serait judicieux de laisser sel poivre sucre etc même en petite quantité lors de l arrivée des locataires étant donné l absence d épicerie dans le village. Eclairage trop faible alors que nous payons l électricité en fin de séjour. Pas de ventilateur il a fait très chaud.... nous avons écourté nos vacances. villa dortoir

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très bien située puisque proche de l autoroute sans nuisances sonores pour autant. Maison dans une impasse calme. Elle est grande donc agréable pour 6 personnes. Il y a une boulangerie à environ 10 minutes à pieds. Petit village calme également. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont répondu à toutes nos questions. Très à l écoute, ils ont su faire de notre séjour, un séjour très agréable tant par leurs conseils que par leur disponibilité. Je recommande vivement. Merci à vous.

Maison bien située entre Haute Loire et le Puy de Dôme. Maison située juste à la sortie de l autoroute mais sans nuisances sonores. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Location conforme à l’annonce

Le monsieur qui nous a accueil est très gentil. La location est près de l’autoroute ce que qui est appréciable (pas de nuisance sonore). Nous étions près de la mine de brassac à visiter. Le Château de Murol est à voir. Le saint nectaire est à déguster dans le village du même nom( a visiter les fontaines pétrifiantes). La ville d’issoire et son abbatiale sont à voir également. Très bon séjour.

Une très belle découverte

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Maison conforme à la description. Proche de l'autauroute (mais pas de nuisances sonores) ce qui permet d'accéder en un temps limité à plein d'activités,canoe,accrobranche,volcan,belles balades et point de vue magnifiques. Maison très spacieuse, lumineuse. Très très propre et bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Située dans un quartier très calme, à 10 minutes à pied d’une boulangerie. A proximité de plein de jolis villages à visiter. Proche de l’autoroute mais aucune nuisance sonore. Tout était parfait et le propriétaire qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique. Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes + 2 jeunes enfants + 1 chien et nous recommandons cette location.

Jolie maison et très bien équipée (lave linge, lave vaisselle, bbq...). et très bon accueil du propriétaire. Le lotissement est très très calme, parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Autoroute à proximité (1 km) pour pouvoir accéder vers les sites auvergnats (Issoire, Montpeyroux, Chalus, Besse, Mont Dore...). A recommander!

très belle maison spacieuse ou il ne manque rien , nous y avons trouvé le calme et le repos tant recherché et fait de très belles ballades , la région laisse découvrir de beaux villages ainsi que des lacs et des cascades... que nous avons apprécié au fil des jours et des activités.. merci aux charmants propriétaires qui nous ont réservé un accueil fort sympathique , qu'il soit téléphonique ou direct !!
