A Luxury Kitsilano beach home. Located a block from the ocean, this half-duplex is flooded in natural light from it s two sky lights and bleached white walls. It is the perfect three story for couples or families who love a more tranquil location close to everything that makes Vancouver so beautiful.

The space:

Open plan, very bright, two living spaces and a beautiful wood dining table. The kitchen is black and white with marble counter tops and top of the line appliances. There is a loft off the kitchen that you can watch TV in. The bathrooms downstair have heated floors and the master has a rain shower as well as a handheld. There is so much space for guests and you will love the location.

Great for a family trip!

Stayed here with my partner and my parents for a couple day visit in Vancouver. Jordan’s place was awesome and accommodated all of our needs - we had space to come together and to spread out, the neighborhood is cute and a quick walk the the beach and is in a great location if you’re looking to explore Vancouver.

Stressful Arrival for Sons Wedding

After several attempts to contact property owner for code to get in I was not able to get in until the next day. I was in Vancouver to attend my sons wedding and arrived at the airport at 11pm without the code. We had to sleep at my sons in laws who we never met. The next day finally was able to get code from owner. I am requesting a refund for the first night. Also, there was inappropriate art in one of the bathrooms which I took down and put it in the closet. The upper loft was very hot to sleep in and there were no fans. The upper loft bed is an air bed. Otherwise, property is close to beach and restaurants. It’s a very safe neighborhood.

Substandard

Very disappointed with property soap containers in all washrooms were empty, towels were all wet and hanging in the closet upon arrival, white towels were stained, stain on bedsheet, espresso machine still had coffee grinds in it, inappropriate pictures collage in washroom and owner had attitude won’t use VRBO again after this

Overall good stay, but warning to families

Overall we had a good stay here. Location was great. There was some miscommunication pre checking in with the owner where we didn’t get check in instructions until the day before. That all got fixed. However I will warn families that some of the artwork is inappropriate for kids. The one in the living room isn’t too bad, but the one in the master bath is definitely too much.

Great location and beautiful property

Beautiful property in Kitsilano . Great for walking to amenities. Clean and fully stocked kitchen. Fireplace not working which was an issue for heat as it seems to be the primary heat source for the main living and dining area.

Comfortable Modern townhouse close to the beach in Kitsiliano

Townhouse worked out well for our family of 5 adults and 1 child. 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room. There is lots of room and privacy. Loved that it was so close to the beach. I would definitely rent it again

We had a great time in Kitsilano and Jordan was very responsive to any questions we had. I only wish we could have stayed there longer!

Love Kits

We loved our stay in Kits, everything as per ad. A couple of suggestions, reading lamps for the nightstands and also a Melitta drip for coffee, we don’t drink Espresso. Otherwise a great bright clean and very quiet place....we’ll be back, for sure.

Worked just fine

While not exactly as expected it worked for our short stay. We were not expecting adult art in a child friendly listing. There still isn’t a light bulb above the dining table. And as Americans we were not expecting a lack of air conditioning but figured out the windows fairly quickly.

Great location!

Very responsive host, helpful in every way. Fantastic location! Loved the area. Could use a manual for the house, also some things not there that are listed such as ironing board and iron. Also would be helpful if had black out blinds in rooms as is so bright. Important to note is it’s not a 3 bedroom but a two bedroom with 3 beds. Would definitely recommend though if staying in Vancouver

Missing some amenities

The house was nicely renovated, and in a very good location - but was missing some necessary amenities. There was no blow dryer, no microwave, no towels (even hand towels) in the bathrooms. We had to go searching for them in the closet and found them in a large tote. There was no house manual or instructions for operating the fireplace. No lightbulb in the light in the dining room. There were a lot of personal items around - mail in the cupboards, clothes in the closets - so it felt a little uncomfortable staying there. More like the homeowners stepped out for the weekend rather than the place being strictly a rental. Overall we had a good experience there, but it was lacking in amenities.
