Newly Reno`d 2 bdrm Kitsilano Centrally Located
Newly renovated 2 bedroom top floor of a house approximately 850 square feet sleeps up to 6. There is a balcony in the front off kitchen / living room area as well as off the back bedroom where you can see mountain views from both decks. Great place to enjoy a morning coffee or a great meal. This character home is very centrally located in the heart of Kitsilano, which is a very sought after neighbourhood.
Our home is only 7-8 blocks from the beach and walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and some boutique shopping. Several coffee shops all within 2 blocks. Main grocery store 3 blocks from the house.
New furniture throughout and comfortable beds with hotel quality linens. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the living room has a queen size sofa bed. One bathroom just renovated with heated floors and new stand up spacious shower plus full size washer and dryer in the bathroom. New quality appliances in the kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a great meal.
I will be available if you have any questions during your stay, however you are free to come and go as you please and have complete privacy
Beautiful tree lined street with several local coffee shops all within blocks of our home. Lokal which is a European independent coffee shop which serves coffee, tea, salads, gourmet sandwiches, and has live music on the weekends. Another independent coffee shop is called `The Only Cafe` serves coffee, tea, lemonade, shakes, sandwiches, and a variety of baked goods.
Our home is walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, and the ocean, however if you want to go and see other sites in Vancouver and go downtown we are also within a few blocks of major bus routes that also connect with the skytrain. Downtown is about 3.5- 4km from our home. It is about a 10 minute drive. You could also bike it in 15 minutes by using our Mobi bike share program. There is a pick up location within a 10 minute walk of our home. No smoking of any kind inside the house All tenants must abide by recycling, compost, and garbage bylaws or risk losing damage deposit No large parties Be respectful of neighbours Access to house must be provided when a viewing is requested for future tenancy. We will always provide a minimum of 48 hours notice

Comfortable spot located within walking distance of several good grocery stores and great restaurants. The apartment was quiet, simple, and comfortable for 3 of us to enjoy the holiday season in Vancouver! There is not dedicated parking, but we never had a problem finding a spot near by, if not right out front.
Apartment is located in lovely part of Kits with great shopping nearby and Lokal cafe. Space is good for city with 2 generous double bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery.
Very clean and organized home with lots of space for a family and quiet as well as friendly neighborhood near shopping opportunities and numerous restaurants.
We really enjoyed our stay. Family of four adults. The location is perfect. Nice peaceful street. The appartement was very clean and the check_in process was very simple.
