This new unit features 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms on three levels. It contains a living/dining room, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer and keyless entry. The Kitsilano offers an excellent layout with an open-concept kitchen, perfect for your home dining needs. Situated in Vancouver's most central and beautiful area, Kitsilano is a 10-minute drive to UBC, 5 minutes to Granville Island, and Downtown Vancouver. Only 5 blocks, less than 10 minutes walk from the Kitsilano Beach. For those of you here on business, we have provided a printer, document shredder and free high-speed Wifi, ensuring that you can continue your work uninterrupted. Perfect for families and professionals.
As your comfort and enjoyment are of the utmost importance to us, we have paid attention to all the fine details that matter. Please inquire if your dates fall between reservations and we might be able to fit you in. Shorter stays are often available, please inquire.

This house worked great for our group The location was very central to what we needed. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and stores.

It was very warm weather and it would have been nice to have screens on the windows so we could leave them open without getting a bunch of bugs. Also needed an outdoor porch light to enable taxi to find the house in the dark - couldn’t see the house numbers

We loved the neighborhood, the convenience of the bus lines to everywhere we wanted to go. The house worked perfectly. Only one thing was an inconvenience, the coffee pot was broken, but we learn to use the french press. Thank you Jack. Excellant.

Lovely week in Vancouver

We had a lovely stay in Vancouver. This place is perfect for a group. A big plus was each room having access to a separate bathroom. House was great, super cosy and a perfect location. The area was quiet and an easy walk to the supermarket, shops and cafes. Also very easy to access public transport to get into the city centre. I would 100% recommend this property when staying in Vancouver, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay Jack!

Great way to experience Vancouver

First time in Vancouver, so I really didn’t know what to expect, but I was thrilled with the stay. The house has everything you’d need, in a fantastic neighborhood, close to mass transit, a grocery, bagel shop and tons of restaurants. You really don’t need a car here, though there is street parking. The signs alternate between permit/no stopping/unrestricted, so read carefully. We had no issues, only one question and got an immediate response.

Special place in Kitsilano

The house was as advertised with a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparations, comfortable beds and nicely decorated rooms. We were happy with the space and privacy for evening family dinners and get togethers. The house was in convenient walking distance to shopping, dining and beautiful neighbourhood strolls. Also what special for us was that we were in close proximity to the Kitsilano oceanfront where we went for long walks while enjoying beautiful BC vistas. Jack and Ewa were available and responsive prior to our trip and during our stay. We would rent this property again since we truly appreciated the convenience of the location to the amenities we want. Alex & Betty

Lovely Neighborhood. Convienient. Clean and Modern.

Jack is a great host and actually came over when we arrived and told us about public transportation and his local favorites for dining, groceries and coffee. The beds and linens are all perfect and comfy. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen is outfitted and convenient. The only thing the house is lacking is a dining table. We are a group of 5 gals (HS friends) who travel together each September and it was fine to sit at the counter or on the comfy living room furniture, but a table would be preferred. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and convenient. We found a neighborhood coffee shop and pub, plus interesting restaurants on the days we didn't take the bus to do our exploring of Vancouver. We couldn't believe that the day we took the ferry to Vancouver Island and the tour of Butchart Gardens, the Royal family was arriving. Then we were exploring downtown and the Vancouver wharf, on the morning they arrived by sea plane. One suggestion. It would be nice if Jack would write a simple welcome letter that would highlight things to know about the house, would include the local suggestions for shopping, dining, public transportation, etc. And would talk about the trash and recycling. We didn't find the recycling containers until our last day and it would have been nice to know.

Amazing stay in a beautiful Kitsilano home!We had such a wonderful time staying here. The house was even better than expected—spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was laid out well with everything we needed, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved having multiple bathrooms, which made it so easy for our group to spread out - it really felt like a home away from home.Jack was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful anytime we reached out, which made everything so easy. You can tell he really cares about making sure guests have a great experience.The location was perfect too! It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood but close to everything—just a quick drive to Downtown Vancouver, Granville Island, and lots of great shops, bars, and restaurants. There were also plenty of nearby spots to walk and explore.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’d happily book again the next time we’re in Vancouver and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Très belle maison. Propriétaire répond rapidement. Comme mentionné dans plusieurs commentaires, l’adresse donnée au départ n’était pas la bonne et nous ne l’avons reçue qu’avec les instructions pour entrer. Ce n’est pas une cuisine gourmet. Il manque plusieurs choses utiles dans une cuisine. Les fauteuils ne sont pas confortables. Les chambres sont très belles et confortables. Très apprécié d’avoir plusieurs salles de bain.

4.5 Stars. Very nice property in an excellent location. Good communication and easy check-in. The house was nice, clean and comfortable. We came during hot weather, and were a bit surprised to discover that there is no air conditioning. It was pretty warm inside, so keep this in mind if you come during the summer. Apparently, many homes in Vancouver do not have air conditioning. The neighborhood is close to downtown, and seems quite safe. There are quite a few stores, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house.

This space was nice and convenient for the night before we went on a cruise. It fit all of the group and was not too far from the port. Although it says it has 2 queen beds, one of them was a double. I should have payed closer attention to the listing as it did not have air conditioning and it was quite warm in Vancouver when we visited. The streets are quite busy and can be challenging to find a space but great that the street parking is free. We were surprised as we arrived approx 30-40 minutes after the listed check in time, but the cleaner was still inside and not completed. Fantastic to have 3 1/2 bathrooms for 6 ppl

My daughter and family (total of 4) had a great stay here. Positive was everyone could have their own bedroom but We weren’t aware that the third bedroom was in the lower level.There were no tea towels in the kitchen?!?Parking was an issue unfortunately, best for people who haven’t rented a car
