About this property

A 3 bedroom suite 2 blocks to Commercial and Broadway Skytrian. 10 minutes by Skytrain to downtown. 2 Skytrain stop (10 min) to BC Place Stadium and Rogers Arena.


Commercial Drive a great area of Vancouver with Many restaurants and Brew Pubs close. We are a 20 minute walk to Main Street which also has much to offer.

The location is great for walking and has easy access to transit. If you prefer to drive there are two parking spots on our property to use at no additional charge.

With three full bedrooms there is enough privacy for 6 people. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed with a second television so that you can either watch different programs or have one TV set up for gaming.

There is a large outdoor seating area with a BBQ allowing you to enjoy the warmer weather outside in the tree lined yard.

The Drive is home to Vancouver’s officially designated Little Italy, eight blocks representing over 60 years of Italian heritage as well as a tapestry of other cultures. To celebrate, The Drive hosts Italian Day every June, one of the city’s largest annual cultural festivals.
