Welcome to my property. The property was custom built in 2012 to house my growing family. We have lived their happily until 2019 where my family of five outgrew the space for day to day living. We welcome you to our lovely home and hope you can create new everlasting memories with your loved ones. I live 5 minutes away and am never far away in case of emergencies.

Why they chose this property

This property is a custom designed house that completely maximizes space and volume. The open kitchen, dining, and living room space is the central meeting point of the house and perfect for hosting. The high ceilings give the space large volume and you never feel crowded. Also on the ground floor is a large bedroom with a queen size bed as well as full bathroom. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with access to the patio, a walk in closet, and bathroom boasting a spa shower. Upstairs, you will also find the 3rd bedroom complete with a double bed. All in all, the property can comfortably sleep 6.

What makes this property unique

You are minutes from all the main destinations in Vancouver. You are 10 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes from Commercial Drive or Burnaby Heights and can easily access the freeway to explore the Lower Mainland at large. You are located in one of Vancouver's most popular neighbourhoods, Hastings-Sunrise/East Village which is the heart of the craft beer movement in Western Canada and its highly regarded culinary scene.
