West Coast 3 Bedroom Garden Suite
Walk through a garden oasis to access this 3 bedroom family friendly suite. The home is centrally located in a quiet area of North Vancouver. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants and trails, 5 minutes to Lonsdale Quay, 10 minutes to the mountains and 20 minutes to downtown. Great access for transit and plenty of free street parking right out front.
This above ground garden suite boasts large windows and opens up to a private, south facing 800sqft patio! There are three bedrooms with modern furnishings and ample closet space. Two of the bedrooms have huge windows with lots of natural light and include queen beds. The third bedroom has a double bed and is very quiet (for those that are light sleepers or for little ones who go to bed early and need quiet).
The suite has 1.5 bathrooms which have been recently updated. The full bathroom has a large shower (baby or toddler tub available), sink and toilet and the 2nd bathroom is the master ensuite with a toilet and sink. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided, as well as hand soap and sanitizer. Feminine hygiene kits and hair dryer will also be available.
The kitchen and living room provide a comfortable, open space to socialize or relax. Note the custom cedar pieces throughout the living space. Guests who like to cook will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and stainless steel appliances. You will have the option of French Press or Single Serve coffee machine with ample coffee, tea and hot chocolate for your stay.
The suite includes a private washer and dryer with detergent pods provided.
Guests will access the suite from the front yard. They will follow the stairs down the side of the property to the private entrance located around back. If you arrive in the evening, the pathway is well lit.
Please note: The park across the street is currently under construction as they are building a new Elementary School. There is no additional noise, we just want guests to be aware that there is no longer a playground across the street.
