First time in a boat house and it was great!. The unit was clean and accessible and in a great location. The parking was close and easily accessed. But the views were amazing!. And the fact that we had seals come and visit was a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

The float home was such a fun and different place to stay with our family of five. We loved the changing ocean in the mornings, evenings, and even during a massive thunderstorm. We loved walking to the market to try all the amazing food, and exploring the area near by. Overall we thornily enjoyed our visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying @ the float home. It had all the conviences you could have in a small space. The views were spectacular of the city of Vancouver especially in the evening. The float home was dog friendly that we loved. The location was prefect as you were steps away from the Spirit walking trail. Kris the manager of the property was readily available for a problem that we had.We plan on returning.

One of my coolest house rentals to date! Super easy heck in and had everything we needed, but the experience was what really puts it over the top. We loved the big window in the livingroom and watching the resident mom and baby seal. And the neighbors were super friendly/ had great suggestions of what to do and see during our stay- seemed to genuinally enjoy having “out of town” folks stay. We both said that this place was a highlight of the trip!

The nearby food market at Lonsdale Quay is excellent. We enjoyed walking around downtown Lonsdale. The SeaBus is so handy to go to downtown Vancouver. Excellent communication with the property manager. Highly recommend.

An extraordinary place to stay. It is quiet and clean and unique. You are so close to the Quay, the walkway and Seabus to downtown Vancouver. Lonsdale quay has places to eat. Everyone deserves the opportunity to have such a place to stay

Such a novel experience, we really enjoyed our time here. Great place with amazing views over the marina, super clean, has everything you need, very comfy beds, decent showers, close to local restaurants etc, really can't fault. Host is very helpful and responds fast. Parking is easy too.

The place was beautiful.... amazing property on the water. We stayed in the lower unit and there were people in the unit above.... we never heard them. The unit we stayed in was beautifully furnished with whimsical motifs of the sea. I loved opening the windows, feeling the breeze and hearing the sounds from the Vancouver harbour. We even saw some wildlife in the harbour... seals and gulls.
