Such a fun place to stay. The floating house is very nice nice and in a great location. A nice walking trail in the area which leads to restaurants, shops and the Sea Bus terminal for a quick ride downtown. We loved it.

The property and the location are both an adventure. Everything is close at hand: the Quay, transportation (buses, bikes, trails and the sea bus), restaurants, markets. It was a relaxing stay with ever changing views. I would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay in the floating home, it was the perfect size for three friends to share for a quick weekend trip to Vancouver. It was so quiet and peaceful, the views were fantastic, and for a couple of days during our stay, there was a seal with a newborn baby frolicking right beside the house. It's just a short walk to some great restaurants and a quick drive to downtown. The hosts were very responsive and proactive, It was such a lovely, unique experience, we would 100% stay again!

The houseboat experience was a ten! The indoor space was quiet, calm, beautifully appointed and so relaxing. One could look out the floor to ceiling windows and enjoy the sea life, the incoming /outgoingships, and the activity of houseboat life.It was a bonus to have the The Spirit walking trail that led to the Lonsdale Quay right up from the accommodation.Our host, Kris was great. She communicated quickly and efficiently with all information needed.We were happy we took the opportunity to stay on a houseboat in Mosquito Creek Marina.

Fantastic location!! Safe walking path to excellent food and close to the ferry over to Vancouver allowing for a really peaceful spot to be at the end of the day. Also short drive to Capilano Bridge and Grouse Mtn. The house definitely rocks a bit which took some getting used to. Would absolutely recommend for families wanting to explore the Vancouver area while not staying right in the hustle and bustle of the city. A very unique place to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor unit if this floating home. The host/manager was very helpful with check-in and check-out, and details about parking. The SeaBus to downtown Vancouver was a short walk away from the unit allowing us to access much of what we were looking for from our visit without needing a car.

Our stay at Ocean Suites was perfect! It was clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was so peaceful and so beautiful, and the view and the city lights just added to the ambiance.
