Welcome to the Cozy Cottage, a beautifully renovated private suite in the heart of North Vancouver. Perfectly situated between downtown Vancouver and West Vancouver's scenic waterfront, our location offers the ideal base for exploring everything the North Shore has to offer.

While we live on the property, the suite is completely private, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay with their own separate entrance.

Downtown Vancouver is just a 20-minute drive away, or easily accessible by public transit. You'll also be minutes from the stunning Ambleside Beach, waterfront trails, and the vibrant Lonsdale Quay Market, where you can enjoy local dining, shopping, and breathtaking views of the city skyline.

We needed a place to stay in North Vancouver for a weekend trip, and this stay worked out really well. No problems with parking or checking in, nice quiet neighborhood, nice yard and hot tub. Note that the yard is a shared space with the hosts and their dog. Comfortable space with kitchen and laundry though we didn’t need to use those on this trip. Happy with our stay.

Alison and Josh are fabulous hosts. They have thought of just about every detail you could need. The like new space is thoughtfully decorated, well supplied and very comfortable. The shower is a real treat. The backyard with patio and hot tub enhances your stay. They will offer you private use of the backyard, but it is much more fun to hang out with them. Being adjacent to the leafy part of the spirit path is a bonus for walkers, skaters and bikers. We walked most everywhere for restaurants, groceries and sightseeing. Having your own bike would be ideal. We used the bus for easy travel back and forth to Stanley Park. Rideshares got us between the airport and ferry terminals.

Our house is set in a peaceful neighbourhood with the Spirit Trail at our front door. The Spirit Trail either goes to beautiful Stanley Park or downtown Vancouver or east to Lonsdale Quay and the Seabus and beyond. We love to garden so we hope you enjoy our beautiful front and back yard.

Your suite’s French doors open to our amazing therapeutic hot tub with a view of our beautiful back yard with a view of Grouse Mountain.
