We had a great time staying at this property. Courtney is a wonderful host - it was very easy to communicate with her and she is very welcoming. The suite was very clean and we had ample space for our family (two adults and one child). Both beds are super comfortable and the living room is inviting and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The area is absolutely beautiful and so conveniently close to everything. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation in North Vancouver!

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was great and very helpful and easy to communicate with. The rooms were spacious, beds and couch were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beautiful area, and great location for our family.

This should be listed as a “basement apartment”. Very noisy at all hours of the night- one of the beds had makeup on the pillow case and hair in the bed. So did laundry- also a basket of blankets in living room all smelled musty and like the yoga mat that was in the basket- so more laundry. I didn’t see a sauna or a cold plunge. There were NO directions for our stay, had to ask for WiFi password, no how to-trash disposal or leaving directions. Every other Vrbo has a welcome book with directions. We really didn’t sleep any of the days. Owner party first night, kids apparently left with a sitter second night, never quiet before midnight and noise started about 3am. It was also very odd climate wise- one bedroom had a floor radiator so it would get hot and the other bedroom did not - the living room was cold. The doors are all pocket doors so very loud. Shower handle was funky and never got truly hot water. It rained and snowed and there was no floor mat. You walk up a steep drive way and then drag you your suitcase across a cute rock and paver path across the front of the house. Thru a gate, down some steep narrow stairs. It was also a little creepy there was a door next to the entrance- and when you entered there was another door so I assume you could go between basement areas. It is one of the few rentals in the area but think we will stay at hotel next time. Need less yelling at children, wrestling children, barking dog and better climate control.

Nice but Misleading

Clean and comfy stay, however it lacked privacy from the rest of the property. The sound carries significantly from upstairs and the other half of the home’s personal basement directly beside the suite. So there was very little sound barrier between the suite and the home with children

A lovely stay near Deep Cove

We stayed in a lovely location near Deep Cove in a very quiet neighborhood, which we really enjoyed. The suite was nicely decorated, well appointed, and very clean. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had.There are a few areas that could be improved. The entrance could be tidier, and the path to the suite required us to pull our luggage across the lawn. Some features felt unfinished, like towel racks that were coming loose and very tight room spaces with non-functional closets and no real room for luggage. Also, while the area is peaceful, the suite itself isn’t very soundproof.Overall, a comfortable and charming place with a few things to be aware of.

Lovely place

Lovely decor, all brand new and modern, tasteful. Very well equipped. Comfy bed. Super nice place. Everything had been thought of. Was further than I thought from Deep Cove… a 20 min walk. Is a basement apartment so not much light, just a little from narrow windows. Overall a nice place to stay for a few nights. Quite close to shops the other direction from Deep Cove so could walk and have a meal, glass of wine. Nice neighbourhood. Felt very safe.

We are a family of four living in the home, so there may be times that you hear us milling around.

Deep Cove is our haven, and we are so excited to share this special space with you!

A few things to know about the space: We have two awesome boys, aged 4 and 6, who love to play outside and have their little buddies over. You may see them playing soccer in the backyard or asking for a lot of snacks, but they are learning to keep their voices down. We also have a 4 year old dog named Linda who loves to roll around in the yard, and may come over to say hello when you are outside on your patio.

We also enjoy maintaining the gardens so you will see us out and about in the yard during the spring/summer months.

What makes this property unique

Our suite is a bright, open concept space for 4 guests to enjoy. We have a queen-sized bed in both bedrooms and private backyard with an outdoor patio area for you to enjoy. There one bathroom with a rainfall shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and a welcoming living room for relaxing.
