Peaceful private 2-bedroom garden suite backing onto a forested greenbelt with a creek below. A quiet natural setting with tall trees and the sound of flowing water, yet only a short drive to hiking trails, mountain parks, and about 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver.
The suite is fully private with its own entrance and self check-in.
Guests enjoy free parking on site, strong Wi-Fi, and a comfortable, fully equipped space designed for longer stays.
Living & dining: Bright open-plan living area with large garden-view windows, fireplace, dining space, TV, and a sofa that converts to an extra sleeping space. French doors open directly onto a covered patio and private deck facing the trees.
Kitchen (chef’s kitchen): A newly renovated, fully equipped chef’s kitchen with modern appliances, full fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, and everything needed for cooking at home. Designed for both short and long stays.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, hardwood flooring, large closet, and peaceful garden views. Bedroom 2 includes a double bed with built-in storage, hardwood floors, a cozy sitting nook with armchair and coffee table, and greenbelt views — ideal for reading or morning coffee.
Guests can often hear the nearby creek with windows open.
Bathroom: Large spa-style bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, modern finishes, and high-quality tile work. Fresh towels and essential toiletries provided.
Comfort & design details: -In-suite laundry (washer & dryer) with utility sink -Naturally cool in summer, warm in winter (+heating and fans provided) -Hardwood flooring throughout bedrooms and living areas. -Tile flooring in kitchen and bathroom.
Outdoor setting: The suite backs onto a protected forested greenbelt with mature trees and a creek below. -Covered patio with seating and gas grill. -Private elevated deck overlooking forest and creek. Guests enjoy forest views, birdsong, and a peaceful natural environment. The greenbelt is not accessible and remains wild and undeveloped.
Good to know: Free parking available on site. (!) Important: Stairs are required to access the suite, guests must be comfortable with stair access. Children 12+ are welcome - sorry, our place is not suitable for small kids due to the natural terrain and creek below. Pets welcome (no fees).
