This two-room studio suite is located on the top floor of a traditional Kitsilano home and accessed via a private keypad entrance. The house is located 5 blocks from the beach, within walking distance to all amenities, easy access to downtown, and the University of British Columbia. Tennis courts and a park are located across the street. The suite consists of a large bright bedroom, sitting area, bathroom and shower, breakfast/coffee bar, and large deck overlooking the garden. The bedroom consists of one king-size bed. Free street parking is widely available. The suite is suitable for either a single person or a couple.

We are also conveniently located close to downtown and the University of British Columbia. There is a spacious bedroom, coffee and snack area, a comfortable desk for working, and plenty of outdoor space.
