This is my charming, clean, private 2 bedroom garden suite (not a basement), with a lot of natural light that I am offering during the time I am away or on holidays. This open concept features a new fully stocked kitchen. The main bedroom has a very comfortable Queen bed, luxurious linens, dresser and closet. The 2nd bedroom/flexroom has a double bed with a closet (or can be set as an office). The living room is aery and has a comfy sectional sofa, library, TV, wifi, etc... The bathroom is spacious and well appointed with bath/shower, washer/dryer. Its beautiful new front door leads you to your private patio with a lovely garden.
The location is ideal..Your suite is 7 minutes walk to a great diversity of gourmet restaurants, pub, cafes, microbreweries, bakeries, green grocers, butchers, fishmonger, record stores, and boutiques .
It's also a short walk to Playland (5 mn), and New Brighton park with its outdoor pool and waterfront.
We are steps away from bus #4 to downtown Vancouver in 10 min, 10 mn car ride to the North shore or by bus with incredible hikes and ski hills.
Our beautiful cherry street is QUIET, and is surrounded by lovely neighbours, nearby parks that allow for lovely evening walks/picnics, and outdoor and indoor swimming pools are around us.
Free parking. Leave your car, you can walk or transit everywhere in Vancouver. Bus stop is just a block away....
