Space was clean, rooms were clean, check was easy, and the host was decent at replying. The space is in a good and quiet location. Anything we needed to use was easy to find, and the kitchen is well-stocked. All-in-all, a rather nice stay!
Ying our host was super responsive and understanding when we ran into trouble getting to the house on our first night. The house is well supplied and very clean. We had a car and street parking was fine. I would recommend this stay.
Great house in a great location. Perfect if you want to be a relatively short drive to the beach, downtown (Stanley Park and Granville island) and the airport on your way out. Would definitely stay here again.
Good location; quiet neighborhood with walkable shops nearby. Home was clean and well appointed for what you would need during a short stay (ie. soap dispensers, towels, hairdryer, etc). Beds and furniture were comfortable. The only detractor we found during our two night stay was that the home had a funky smell (hard to describe). You got used to it once you were inside for longer than 5 minutes, but it hit you pretty hard as soon as you opened the door.

Thank you for letting us know. This is a brand new building, we carefully checked every corner of the house and didn't notice anything unusual. One possibility is that the aroma diffuser we use in the home may have caused some sensitivity. We have removed it from the entrance windowsill. Making sure our guests feel comfortable is our top priority.
What a wonderful stay! :) This was our second time staying here, and we are so glad we booked the same place. It had everything we could need and was nice and clean. Ying is a very kind and accommodating host! 10/10, a great home away from home
Very clean house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Minutes drive/walk to stores, restaurants, church, with airport and downtown less than 30 with traffic. Owner was accommodating and flexible with our travel needs as we’re trying for a quick visit to Vancouver.
We had a lovely time, the space is great for visiting. We loved walking the quiet neighborhood and also that it was close by car to lots of shops and restaurants.
Easy check-in and quick responses from our host. The unit was well stocked and everything was clean and up to date. We were a family group that included 4 adults and an almost 2 year old. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again. Great neighborhood too.

The unit was modern, very clean and well appointed. It is in the Kerrisdale area, which has charming restaurants and the nearby Queen Elizabeth gardens and Vandusen gardens. It is also a very short drive to downtown and Stanley park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will reccomend it to our family and friends.

Can’t say enough great things about the Laneway home in Kerrisdale. We stayed as a family of four adults plus an infant. It was very well appointed and everything we needed was provided. Good space, very clean, safe neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Ying responded very quickly to any of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.
