Very convenient stay

Unit in very good and safe area. Good location for getting to anywhere in Vancouver. Unit clean and well stocked. Owner really nice and very attentive. Easy to communicate . Check in instructions were good . Parking very convenient. Good coffee shop right across the street and grocery store a block away. We stayed for two weeks as our son lives near by and look forward to staying at this property again.

We came to spend Christmas with my mother who is in VGH. It was a short and easy drive. The host was wonderful. It’s a great location as it is quiet and cozy. I’ll definitely stay again.

Perfect...just perfect...

We could not have been happier with our stay at Jozefina's adorable one bedroom place. Tastefully and uniquely furnished, comfy, quiet and clean. It was close to so many of the places we really wanted to see (Stanley Park, Lynn Canyon Park, Granville Island Public Market area, Sunset Beach, Queen Elizabeth Park, Deep Cove, Quarry Rock, Van Dusen Botanical Gardens) and a great area to walk around on Fraser Street and Main Street (without having to drive) with plenty of good food and drink venues. The neighborhood communities east and west of this VRBO were really cool to walk around too. It was our 40th anniversary and for the three nights we stayed for our first trip to Vancouver, Jo's place was just perfect.

This was exactly as described. In a quiet location but with a good selection of facilities nearby. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Check in was straightforward and our host was easily contactable if we had any queries. We would certainly recommend this as a place to stay.

Our 3 kids all live in Vancouver….so we wanted an extended stay that we could bring our dogs to. Condo was spacious enough to have our family all together. Great location. Loved the little lawn and patio.

Great pet friendly spot for a work trip

Perfect for my needs during a work trip, very clean, and pet friendly. Cute little neighbourhood too. Parking was convenient. The only glitch is it is really hard to read the numbers on combo lock for the entry key in the dark but I figured it out eventually.

Sweet cozy condo in a quiet building with respectful neighbours. The porch/balcony looks out above the neighbourhood - beautiful sunsets! The neighbourhood is great for walks with lots of coffee spots - Marche St. George is a gem! Very quiet even with Fraser St. so close. Lots of interesting restaurants and public transit just "a step away". A very positive enjoyable experience!

great apartment

Jozefina's apartment was perfect for us, visiting our son in East Van for 4 nights over the long weekend. Close to him, in an area without many lodging options. But also close to some great eating spots, and within a (good long) walk's distance to False Creek and Granville areas. The apartment was quiet (on the backside of the building). Parking was easy. Bed, linens and shower were all very good. Very well appointed. Thanks!

The property was central and easy for me to navigate via the bus and by the car I rented. Clear instructions on how to find the place and also a book providing listing of popular restaurants and things to do. We were able to get to the ferry for our adventure to Victoria one bright and early morning. The apartment provided so much and more. I recommend one person, a couple or even a small family rent the place. Jozefina was easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. Thank you for a wonderful place to lay our heads.

what a week

This place held us comfortably during what turned out to be a very challenging visit. My wife had a sudden onset of spinal stenosis which kept her in pain in the apartment most of the time and forced us to leave a few days early. I took lots of neighborhood walks and really enjoyed them, not matter which direction i went. Vancouver is so beautiful in the spring. Also our dog was welcomed and got comfy quickly in the place.
