The villa is situated in one peaceful village called Villeveyrac with all the amenities (supermarket, bakery, doctor, wine cellar etc) .The villa is located in a quiet and relaxing. It has 3 bedrooms so sleeps 6, a bathroom, toilet, a large dining room and a kitchen. Outside you have a large umbrella and equipped with blind ban terrace. After this terrace is a large barbecue, a corner bar and grill to prepare an aperitif, and finally there is a large pool (10 m by 4 m, 60) has your disposal equipped with a barrier homologous protection. Internet access by cable or wifi to surf in the pool. This small village is close to major cities, 20 km from SETE with beautiful views of the whole region from Mount saint clair, about 30 km from Montpellier with its beautiful city center and its splendid square of comedy, near the Cape of Agde, grau of the King, marseillan beach with its 10 km of beach and less than 10 minutes from Bouzigues Pond for all shellfish tasting .Finally it is also located at 1:15 of the gates of Spain for the different advantageous purchases.

In een woord: Voortreffelijk. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Super fijn en mooi zwembad. Buiten bbq is fantastisch.Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief een heel fijn ijs/water machine. Goed werkende airco in gehele huis. Wifi is goed. Een fijn ontvangst door de zus van de eigenaar inclusief een welkomst wijnpakket. Bedden waren opgemaakt en van alle handdoeken kan gebruik worden gemaakt. Alles was uitermate schoon. Op loopafstand zit een leuk restaurant (Eprit gourmand)waar we ook hartelijk werden ontvangen. Om iets te gaan doen moet je wel de auto pakken.

L'environnement de la maison est très calme. La piscine est très agréable (il manque un peu d'ombre au bord de la piscine). La maison possède tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. A louer sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille pendant 3 semaines. La maison est propre, fonctionnelle, design, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour qu'on se sente chez nous. Les photos mériteraient d'être mises à jour, car c'est beaucoup plus joli maintenant! Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine! les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques, accueillants et à l'écoute, et Olivia qui est venue pour l'entretien de la piscine a été super également! la maison est situé dans un quartier calme, pas loin des grandes villes touristiques, Mèze, Marseillan plage, Agde... vraiment des vacances au top, on y reviendra certainement, merci pour votre sérieux Mr et Mme Margerard
