-Beautiful Spanish colonial design home with great ocean views is located in Las Conchas and just steps away from beach access. This architect's home is full of authentic hand crafted details such as carved doors and cabinets from southern Mexico. Kitchen and baths have gorgeous tile work.
The private courtyard with fountain leads you into the large great room featuring a brick boveda ceiling above the living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped including R/O drinking water system. There are three bedrooms, three baths and artist studio which sleeps two. The master bedroom has ocean views while the other two bedrooms and studio overlook and have access to the relaxing courtyard. The patio has a seating area, dining table and outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, sink and small refrigerator. The upstairs margarita deck is great for sunbathing and watching gorgeous sunsets. This home has everything you need for a great relaxing beach vacation. Just bring your clothes, food, beverages and enjoy!

Wonderful stay in Las Conchas!

Bob’s place is a perfect beach retreat! The location is prime, the outdoor spaces are gorgeous and the inside is stylish and comfortable—one of the major highlights of our vacation was unwinding here after a day at the beach!

Great Location

The location was amazing and totally safe. We had a problem with the wifi at first, but Bob came to the rescue quickly. I would highly recommend this house.

Very nice property. Nice view of the beach from upper and lower patio. lower patio has everything you need to host a get together plenty of room for the 8 of us. The only thing I would recommend is to have a few basic spiced stocked up, a working ice maker, and a working tv. But over all excellent time ,would stay again.

Relaxing stay in Rocky Point

A spacious property close to the beach with beautiful views. The house is a short drive from the town center, and is in a safe and quite setting. We have stayed here twice in as many months and are already looking forward to our next trip!

Very nice ocean view home in Los Conchas

This is a third line home in Los Conchas but the house has very nice ocean views. The home is well cared for and is well stocked. Very good for families.

This place was beautiful. The beach was easily accessible even with a wagon load of kid stuff and we loved having meals and happy hour on both of the nice patios. The full moon was especially awesome from the roof top patio. Bob the property manager kept in touch in the case we needed anything, which we didn’t. It was well stocked with all the things we needed. We would not hesitate to stay at The House of Blues again.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay at House of Blues. The house was very comfortable and clean, easy walk to the beach, and with great ocean views from the patio and rooftop margarita deck. Kitchen was well stocked for doing some home cooking. This is a great house for having a nice, relaxing time near the beach with friends or family. The only downside is that our stay was too short. I would be happy to stay here again!

Beautiful home close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property during the Christmas holiday. The house was clean, spacious and the patio area had amazing views of the ocean. It rained a lot during our visit and it was hard to drive through the neighborhood roads but other than that, we would definitely stay there again.

Great House for a Retreat

Bob, the property manager, manages this and a property across the street. He was flexible and facilitate our needs to use this house for a retreat sitting. The spacious dining room and well equipped kitchen met our needs. The view from the patio and margarita deck were spectacular. October is definite a great time to enjoy the weather, beach and ambiance of Puerto Penasco. We would stay again!

Beautiful house very clean just love it .bedrooms were very big and comfortable the restrooms to very big Lots of room . Kitchen was one of my favorite ones it made me feel like if I was home I will do it again

Great beach house.

The house was very spacious and had great AC. The check in and out process was very easy. The house had 3 full bathrooms and a great upstairs patio.
