Pincoya- Private Tropical House near Playa Chiquita Beach

2-bedroom magical jungle casita in the Costa Rican jungle surrounded by a tropical garden with fruit trees and flowers, just a few minutes' walk from the pristine Caribbean beaches.



Sit down for breakfast and gaze at the forest or enjoy the tropical flowers and trees, the flowering shrubs in the garden and the butterflies from the hammock on the porch.



Very romantic, peaceful and private in Playa Chiquita, but only 6 km from the wonderful vacation town of Puerto Viejo, with excellent restaurants, music and adventure sports.



Please note that in this house we use rainwater and well water, we recommend that you get drinking water for drinking and cooking.



Being a tourist in the South Caribbean means... that I can forget the hustle and bustle of the city, slow down, enjoy, smile and be free from stress, spend a few days surrounded by nature, the sea, the beach, the trees, the monkeys, the birds... I connect with my body, I have fun and I smile, I just enjoy the walk where the forest meets the sea.

Pincoya house

We enjoyed our short stay at the house. It is quite unique and an interesting place. The covered deck is wonderful, and accesses the ‘outside’ kitchen. There is a lot of nice vegetation around the property, and despite being relatively close to other houses it feels quite private. We documented many species of birds in the near vicinity of the house, often right off the deck! It is fairly well outfitted for cooking, but could really use an update to the frying pans. They have lived their useful life and need to be retired.
