Welcome to paradise! We have taken great care in updating and redecorating this eight floor beach front condo. It has new appliances, all brand new furniture, a well stocked kitchen and most importantly stunning views from both bedrooms and the great room. The great room and both bedrooms all have large flat screen tv’s. The kitchen is very spacious and with the large open concept floor plan it makes for easy and comfortable entertaining.

Better than photos!!

Listing photos couldn’t possibly capture how magical this property is. The sunsets, the condo amenities, the convenience, the cleanliness… and Valerie thought of every little thing a long term renter might need. Our young family enjoyed every minute of our stay at Mandalay and can’t wait to return!!

Beautiful Mandalay Beach Club

The weather was the only thing that was not perfect, but Unit 806 San Marco at Mandalay Beach Club made up for that. The condo has a million dollar view of the Gulf and the wide white sand beach. The interior is very nice and comfortable, and the amenities (pool, hot tub, comfy lounge chairs) could not be better. We also appreciated the security in the building and the friendly staff.

The condo was perfect! Great location and all amenities within the unit were first class. Valerie and Mike always responded to our questions quickly. Can’t say enough about Valerie! She was great. We have already booked again. Very happy with everything…especially the location AND THE BEACH!

The condo was wonderful.This was our first visit to Mandalay Beach Resort and we’d love to come back. We were there for a month and it was like being home with every supply you could need to cook a meal and serve it. The mastress was very comfortable as was the livinging room furniture. We were provided with everything you would need for the beach including chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The balcony was a beautiful view of the beach and the sunsets were beautiful. Our gratitude to our host Val and Mike.

We had a fabulous stay! The property is clean and well maintained and located within walking distance to everything on Clearwater Beach. The unit was also clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable. Very happy to have beach chairs available for us to use. The host was was very friendly and easy to work with. I appreciated her quick response to any questions I had. Overall we had a great stay and would highly reccomend.

Location, location, location

This is well maintained, nicely appointed property on the prime part of Clearwater Beach, and downtown. We were central to everything important to us, and LOVED it! The pool and common facilities were outstanding. We met lots of very friendly people, both snow birds like us, and permanent residents too. Valerie was friendly and easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend this property.

There are so many things to love about this condo & Mandalay Beach Club! First the condo is beautiful and the view of the beach & sunset from the balcony is amazing! The lobby areas are impeccably decorated & clean. The pool & deck area overlook the beach & there are plenty of loungers & seats. We had no trouble getting a chair or table when we visited the pool. We walked to all the restaurants & the many shops in the area. Our stay was so relaxing & we enjoyed the many restaurants & shops within walking distance.

We are a family of four and have been coming to Clearwater Beach since our teenaged daughters were babies. We are thrilled to now own at the Mandalay Beach Club which in our opinion is the nicest building on the beach!

Why they chose this property

The eight floor views are spectacular! Everything about this condo is spacious and comfortable from the large kitchen to the spacious patio. The proximity of the condo being right on the beach is great for families that want to enjoy the pool and ocean. Clearwater Beach is regularly named the top beach in North America!!

What makes this property unique

We have stayed in Clearwater Beach for over 20 years and we always came back to the Mandalay Beach Club. The common areas are stunning, the gym is amazing and it’s right on the beach!

We have aimed to pay great attention to detail to make this an amazing vacation spot that people will want to return to. We have filled the beach closet with new chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The kitchen is very well stocked and we included lots of dishes and serving pieces for outdoor dining as well.
