Accommodations (Beds & Baths)

The West wing of the house is the glamorous Primary Suite, and it does not disappoint. Enter into this palatial space with Two large closets side by side, turn to the right and you will be presented with your own private dressing area with a separate closet. Moving through this space you arrive in the grand primary bathroom with an oversized elevated tub that overlooks the ocean, double vanity with sprawling counter space, and a walk in shower. There is a private door to the beach from this bathroom and just outside the door is your very own private outdoor shower looking over Winding bay. We wouldn't want you to have to miss out on the views just because you need to freshen up!

Moving on to the grand bedroom and you are greeted with the sea breeze and the North and South windows bring the Atlantic sky right into your room. The waves can also be heard from your bed and call you every morning to come and join them in their daily dance.

A king bed, and bespoke seating area round out the Primary Suite experience.

Room darkening shades, ceiling fan and private AC unit with thermostat are in each room as well.

Moving to the East wing of the house, The second bedroom with two full sized beds, large closet, dresser and en suite bathroom with a tub and private beach entrance. Just outside this door is an outdoor shower so you don't have to miss the view while you are freshening up!

The third bedroom is accessed by going outside from the east side of the great room, walking on the covered wrap around patio just 15 feet and you have arrived at the private Third Bedroom Suite! Boasting another king bed, sitting area, and plenty of clothes storage. Lets not forget those stunning floor to ceiling windows where you can see the ocean while lying in bed! Your private full bath has a shower/tub combo to suit everyone's needs.


There is a full bathroom with shower and private door to the beach for your convenience.

The Great room combines a dining area for 12 with additional seating if needed, a large sectional with 65" TV, and a dedicated office space and game area, to accommodate all your guests.

Finally, the Bunk room (new addition!) has SIX full sized beds in a custom built in bunk bed system with plenty of space to accommodate up to 12 children, and a private ensuite bathroom.
