Guest staying in Courtside #52 will feel right at home at the beach. King Bed in the Master, the Guest BR has two doubles, plus a Queen Sleeper in the living room. Courtside is located in the Forest Beach area near Coligny Plaza and the new "Lowcountry Celebration Park". New Stainless Appliances (Refrigerator, Dishwasher & Stove) plus new furnishing including a large flat screen smart TV in the Living Room in August of 2022. Courtside #52 also received a fresh paint job, new quartz countertops in the kitchen, and a few other improvements in November of 2022. Nearby Coligny Plaza offers many shops, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Rent some bikes, or walk over for some Breakfast, Coffee, or Ice Cream! It is the perfect beach retreat! Short 5 to 7 minute walk to the Beach, Great On Site Pool, Free Tennis @ Van Der Meer Tennis Center, Wireless Internet, Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Full Size Washer & Dryer.

A little misleading
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo has a “ worn” look. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and nice looking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the beach which was convenient. It could be walkable distance to a great brewery called The Bank. Our teens could walk to Coligny plaza. We had a great experience with the property manager and easy parking. Very close to the pool. The master bed was very creaky which made sleep challenging. Overall good experience.
