Courtside 61 has been completely remodeled in 2021. Tastefully decorated with a coastal chic vibe. The condo is only 1.5 blocks to South Forest Beach and just steps to the pool. This is a ground floor unit with no steps and parking directly in front of the condo. This unit has a keyless entry lock, wireless internet, and flat screen TV's. King in Master Bedroom, Queen and Twin in Guest Bedroom, Sleep Sofa in Living Room.

Fully equipped including full size washer & dryer. The condo is an open end unit with lots of light and perfectly located near the lagoon. There are 2 pools on site for when you want to stay close to home. It is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza's numerous shops, restaurants & grocery store. Take a stroll or short bike ride over for some ice cream after a hot summer day. Close proximity to the new “Lowcountry Celebration Park” that includes the family-friendly "Adventure Playground". When you’re up for a game of tennis, walk over to the world famous Van Der Meer tennis center or take in a round of golf at one of Hilton Head's 25 golf courses. There are so many wonderful activities on Hilton Head Island shopping, restaurants, the Arts, cycling, tennis, golfing, boating, cruises, historic tours. All of which can be conveniently accessed by the local Breeze Trolley, which stops right at Courtside Villas. Park your car and start your adventure.

The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed and we loved the proximity to the pool. The walk to the beach access is a bit much if you have younger kids. We cannot wait to come back!

Summer getaway

Very comfortable villa. Pool outside the villa suddenly out of order the last part of our stay. I heard there was another pool but never checked it out as it was not right outside our patio as this one was. Everything else was as advertised and clean and comfortable.

Pool and fountain view was nice and condo was updated and nice-just what we needed for a quick 4th of July getaway! The only issue was the couch bed had springs falling off of it and one part of the bed wouldn't stay up making it difficult to sleep on.

The screen door was not working the best so we gave management a heads up so it didn’t become a bigger issue. They sent someone out in a few hours and fixed it. The only negative was the “free” rental equipment. The chairs were of high quality but the bikes were not. They were fine riding to Coligny or nearby but we will bring our own next time for long rides. They were included so not complaining- more of an FYI. Great place, easy to work with rental service. We will be back!

First, personal preference would prefer the tv in the master bedroom vs the second bedroom. Second, there was renovation construction in the unit above which considering it was the weekend was surprising. It started very early in the morning and went till a bit past 7 in the evening

Well updated condo. We came in December and parking was plentiful and the area was very quiet. Quick access to all you need beach, restaurants, playgrounds and shops. Extremely easy to check in and check out. Thank you for a nice visit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is clean and well decorated, but has issues with HVAC. Found window wouldn’t close either. Management attempted to help, but privately owned and there is a process to fix. We were out to dinner and got back late when they offered to move us, hard with the family. AC had not been working for a while, so it should have been noted. Window was broken for a very long time. Management was quick to respond, and the place was clean. If things are fixed it would be a great place to stay.

Beautiful Place. Amazing location

The apartment was great. We stayed with 4 adults, a 3.5 year old, and 5 month old. The place was updated and spacious. Each bedroom had plenty of room and each waslarger than pictured. The location was the best and less than a 10 minute walk from restaurants, the beach and playgrounds. The pool was very clean and our daughter loved swimming in it every day. Would recommend this unit and the Seaside team to anyone looking to visit Hilton Head with their family! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
