This Courtside Villa offers a unique location that allows guests to get the most out of their stay in Hilton Head Island. Only 5 minutes away from the beach, this townhome is close to restaurants, golf courses, tennis, pools, and the Lowcountry Celebration Park. The villa is spacious on the second floor, welcoming natural light and breathtaking views of palm trees and nature. Relax on the private balcony with a sitting area to experience the southern breeze. Step down the balcony’s spiral staircase to visit one of the two available pools. Furnished with modern amenities, this charming space allows for an unforgettable stay. Features include two en suite bedrooms with custom closets, a half bath, a sparkling kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

This Courtside Villa is a two-level end unit townhome and must be entered from the second level. Please note that there are stairs and no elevator.
During your stay, you will have private access to the entire villa and ample on-premises parking, with owner-provided parking passes.
Enjoy easy access to two community pools and a free ride on the HHI Breeze Trolley, which stops just outside the villa.
The Lowcountry Celebration Park is also a short 4-minute walk away from the property.
Guests should be aware that they must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.

Spring getaway at Hilton Head Island

We had a great week at Hilton Head. The property was conveniently located (easily walkable) to the beach, pool, restaurants and shopping. Natalie contacted us ahead of our visit and again during our stay to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

The place was very clean and quiet, super close to everything but not so close that that it was too busy. The beach access location was perfect. I think this was possibly the first place I've every been able to sleep soundly the first night I was there. Definitely recommend. Owner is super communicative, it has all the basics covered. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again.

Great location

We had a great weeks long stay at Serene Courtside Villa. The unit is perfectly located convenient to everything around Coligny and only a short walk to the beach. Both pools were large with plenty of sun exposure and we never had an issue with finding chairs even if arriving late morning. The unit itself was nicely appointed with everything one might need. Our group agreed we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to HH!

Relaxing and Inviting

The condo was very clean. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Nice size bathrooms, nicely decorated with beautiful flooring. Natalie stayed in contact with me at every step of the process. Our next trip to Hilton Head we'll definitely book this property again.

Wonderful Stay!

This space was absolutely what was promised! Very convenient with a short bike/walk to the beach and to shopping. The beds were super comfy and the place was clean. Natalie was an excellent host! She provided all the essentials for our stay and a few extras for a trip to the beach. Natalie communicated well and was super accommodating, offering an early check in and a late check out. We will definitely be looking to stay here the next time we come to Hilton head.

Great time was had by all!

The condo was as shown with kitchen having numerous appliances and cookware. Some cooking staples and cleaning supplies were available. Very clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Please be aware that there is only one television, which was okay with us. As this is March, the pools were not heated, but the pool area was open and the pools were very clean. Hot Tub was noted, but we couldn't find it. It was an easy walk to the beach and local shopping. One of the free trolleys was running and available to our party.Natalie was very communicative to all messages/texts. We appreciated the late checkout. Most of all we enjoyed the sunshine and location! I would book this place again!
