Backs up to golf course- 6 miles from Surprise Stadium for Spring Training games

The back patio is a comfortable place to view the golf course desert landscaping with mesquite trees as the home backs up to the 18th hole at a local favorite Surprise golf course. The golf carts are at least 100' away and on the other side of the large trees, so it is actually very private, and you have to look on one side of the large mesquite to see them. You won't know they are there unless you look.

The sunsets are AMAZING here. You will see quail families frequently as well as hummingbirds, bunnies and butterflies as they enjoy the grass and bushes in the backyard. There are also occasional roadrunners and Redtail hawks. Maybe even a coyote or bobcat siting.

The master bedroom has panoramic windows looking out into the desert landscaping between you and the golf cart path providing plenty of privacy and a private sliding door to the back patio. The ceiling is a high vault with a ceiling fan. Double doors and a private foyer separate this room from the common area of the home. There is a 55" TV mounted on the wall.

The master bath has a walk-in tile shower with a rain shower head as well as a spray head. There is one long black granite countertop with large mirror and a single sink. Includes a large soaking tub and private toilet room. With a large master closet.

The owner wants to make you comfortable and enjoy your stay. If you don't see the amenities you desire, just put in the request! Anything will be considered. :) Especially with a long term rental. (certain large items may change the rental price)

The second bedroom has a large closet and a king size bed with the option of 2-twins. The bathroom is privately located in the same corridor which has a single sink, toilet and newly remodeled walk-shower. The view is private of the house front with nice landscaping of trees and bushes. There is a ceiling fan/light.

The common area is open with a vaulted ceiling, 2 eating areas and sliding door to the outdoor patio. The style is comfortable rustic. There is a 65" TV. The sliding door has a horizontal cellular pull shade for energy efficiency. You won't need it for privacy unless you are shy in front of the birds and bunnies.

The kitchen is newly remodeled with all black appliances; gas range/oven, built-in microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher.

Built-in cabinetry throughout the home is a dark cherry with custom nickel handle pulls.

The back patio has a wicker love-seat setting with 2 swivel chairs and a coffee table. Mornings are fabulous here too. There is also a BBQ grill that is easy to clean. Roll down shades are mounted but not needed except for summer months. There is a string of solar lights on the back fence.

The HOA requires a 30 day rental, and we request a 90 day rental from Dec-March. If your occupy date starts after the 1st of the month, rates will be prorated.

There is a small 2 car garage with a few basic household tools and some storage. I think that it would be a stretch to get to cars into the garage unless they are not very wide. A golf cart is parked on one side and you are able to use it in the neighborhood and can take it to the rec center. Drive it to the golf course and park it - use their carts - they have GPS and waters and won't support your own cart if you encounter a dead battery out there.

You will have access to the community recreation center that has an outdoor pool, shuffleboard, pickleball, horseshoes, cardio equipment and other amenities as well as scheduled social activities.

The landscape is professionally maintained and has a sprinkler system. It is seeded annually with winter grass and we have hopes that it is green year around.

The property is near Surprise City town center, Surprise Stadium, and 12 miles from the State Farm Stadium where the AZ Cardinals play, and 13 miles from the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley, "where jackpots are a cause for celebration", according to the website.

Arrowhead mall and Costco is 6 miles away, 24 miles from Lake Pleasant, 17 miles from White Tank Mountain Park.

You will be 5.4 miles to Hwy 101 & Bell Rd, and 4.8 miles from Hwy 101 & Union Hills. I like the Beardsley exit coming from the east.

The home has a camera at the front door and backyard for security, your welcome instructions tell how to disable them upon your arrival.
