Linens are supplied.

Beautiful views from three new oversized sliding glass doors with plantation shutters for privacy.

Great quiet location. Location to ocean beach and short walk to inter-coastal is great. Pool looks great and many people used it but we’re beach people. Condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay including beach chairs, coolers, beach toys for kids. We had a great 18 days here and highly recommend.

We had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was very close and great for our daughter. Weather was not ideal for the beach but we found plenty to do around town and when it rained we had lots to do at the house as well. Excellent communication and very easy check in and check out. We will be back to enjoy this town and place again if available.

The ocean was up front and close! Kitchen and home had everything you needed. A well stocked beach closet if you had children and needed something for the beach. Sharon thought of everything to make your stay complete.

Sharon’s place was great. The location is awesome, and quiet. The pool is nice and the no drive area of NSB is great and the area is very quiet at night.The beds are all comfortable and there was plenty of towels etc.It’s only a short walk to the beach.We will definitely stay again! And if you get a chance to check out their restaurant, the Mermaid Cafe, definitely do so. The food is great.

Sharon and Jim were phenomenal hosts! The beds were comfortable and the linens were fabulous. The shower had amazing pressure and the view was stunning! Right from our balcony, just a stones throw away, was the Bethune beach. We watched dolphins from our balcony while drinking coffee! Sharon made sure we had all the food staples since we arrived on Christmas Day, and the condo was more than inviting. Beautiful beach chairs, boogie boards, pickleball paddles, everything you could want in a vacation rental! This is a 10/10 vacation rental - you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for making our family vacation the best ever! God Bless!

Beautiful Place on the Beach

Beautiful updated condo overlooking the pool and the beach/ocean. Quiet area of the beach and close to great restaurants and shopping. We will return to this gem.

Wonderful work lace to stay! It’s right where we expected, been at New Smyerna Beach before just never stay at Turtle Mound. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom was very appreciated. It’s really nice to have the little things when you first get to your condo! We will stay there again if available!

It’s absolutely stunning. It comes very well equipped with tons of beach supplies. The owner was also very nice and even gave us a free breakfast at the cafe they opened. We had a great stay and definitely will return.

We loved our time in this condo. The unit overlooks the pool and the ocean is just steps away. Condo was furnished well and had beach chairs/umbrella to enjoy the beach. We even got to see 2 space launches from the beach area. Sharon was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely consider this condo again for future vacations.

Love this place!

Clean, beach view, relaxing environment! The hosts own a restaurant on Flagler and they gave us a complementary breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious! They had lots of beach gear to use. We love the area with the beach and the lagoon so close. We always enjoy seeing the dolphins. We’ve stayed at ocean club before and this is our favorite unit we’ve stayed in!

This was the 1st time staying at this condo and everything was wonderful. It was well-stocked with just about everything you could want or need, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Best vacation for our family! Sharon and Jim are both outstanding and amazing! Their place is a little slice of Heaven for good relaxation! We saw and did so much with our kids - saw a turtle come in to lay her eggs (scared us at first but so cool), walked across the street to the park to see manatees / dolphins, my husband fished right off the beach (which made his day cause it’s not crowded), the kiddos found so many seashells too and the condo was perfect! Beds were so comfortable and we slept great! If you are looking for a little getaway - this is the place!!! We will be booking this place again and again! They also own the cutest Mermaid Cafe which we fell in love with too - the food was delicious and so was the service!

Hidden Gem!

This condo was even better than what we expected. Adorable, comfortable and super clean. The entire property was excellently maintained. The location was quiet and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We had a great view of the beach. We also want to say the hosts were exceptional and super people. We plan on making a yearly trip.

We enjoyed the beautiful place, it was very comfortable, cozy, and had a very beautiful view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the deck, watching the waves, surfers, etc. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating! We loved their Mermaid Cafe on Flagler Ave! Will definitely try to stay again, if dates are open in the future! Love that it is so close to JBs!

Great Place!

Our condo was just as described! The beach chairs, umbrella, and kids sand toys were awesome so we didn’t have to bring them with us on the plane! We did leave some more toys when we left! The view is gorgeous waking up every morning looking out at the beach! The pool was perfect, we were typically the only ones in it! We would stay at this place again!
