A wonderful home for an idyllic family vacation. Property is a short walk to the best beach in Noirmoutier and is in a perfect location on the island. Close to bike paths and within a few minutes drive to town. Home is charming and typical of the area. Spacious with a wonderful garden that the kids took full advantage of. The only minor issue is for the house to have been a little bit more cleared out prior to guests arrival- leftover groceries in the kitchen cabinets, trinkets lying around, etc but again nothing that affected our stay in any way. The host and management company were easy to work with and super accessible! An amazing stay and we’ll definitely be back!

La configuration de la maison, ainsi que sa localisation, ont répondu à notre attente. Par contre, la maison n’était pas propre, sol, poussière sur les mobiliers, placards cuisine, plats sales, frigo, four…Pas de containers pour les poubelles (dans un local fermé pas à disposition). Plus de gaz dans la bouteille et bouteille de secours vide. La conciergerie avait prévenu à notre arrivée que si plus de gaz il fallait aller nous même en chercher à Bricomarche, remboursable par le propriétaire !! Dommage car la maison est vraiment bien.

La belle maison de charme aurait méritée une meilleure attention concernant la propreté et l’entretien des éléments de cuisine ! Ceci étant, nous avons passé un très bon moment, au calme. Nous conseillons cette maison si ces problèmes ci-dessus décrits sont réglés.

Une maison chaleureuse/ séjour de rêve

Très belle maison chaleureuse , avec beaucoup d'espace,tout est à la disposition des locataires .On se sent "comme à la maison" Environnement très calme , très proche de la mer ( on y va à pied ) Très belle plage de sable !Literie impeccable. Vaisselle, appareils ménagers en nombre suffisant . Parking pour plusieurs voitures!

Maison très agréable pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Bien située et très fonctionnelle.

Belle pièce de réception qui nous a permis de nous retrouver à l occasion du premier de l an. Maison que nous recommandons pour profiter également l été ou printemps de sa belle terrasse et de son jardin.

Place was unclean and next door to a building site. Beware the extra cleaning charge.

Property layout very good. Wasn’t informed there was a building site next door. Arrived and was informed by the concierge we had to clean the property before we left which was fair enough. However the property wasn’t particularly clean to star with. We left the property cleaner than we arrived and the concierge said this wasn’t good enough!,and charged us for her to clean it. If we refused she would take it out of the much larger security deposit. As she arrived just as we were leaving we had no choice. Overall not a very good experience and I think guests should have the cleaning fee as part of the rental as there was obviously no way the concierge was going to accept any level of cleaning. The ironic thing was as we left the concierge jumped in her car and left the property.

très bonne impression

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison qui est conforme au descriptif . Située dans un quartier très tranquille à proximité d'une superbe plage . L’accueil fait par Laurence de la Conciergerie est parfait, avec gentillesse et professionnalisme . Nous conseillons fortement cette location idéale pour les onze personnes que nous étions . Les apéros et déjeuners sur la terrasse ont été particulièrement apprécié .
