Our family does not tire stays spent in this beautiful house on the Atlantic Ocean. Breathe the sea air on waking, walking on foot or by bike, to live with the tides and marshes, at the beach or by boat, activities abound in summer and winter. Our house has all the comforts of a recent construction with beautiful volumes on a plot of 1000 m2 only 300 m from the most beautiful beaches of the island. It offers 6 bedrooms, sleeps 12, 1 mezzanine and 4 shower rooms.
On the ground floor: entrance overlooking a large living room of 50 m2 with fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, a room with bed of 1.60 and a shower room, independent room with bed of 1.60 and a shower room with WC, a room with bed of 0.90 (with trundle bed) and a shower room, access to a mezzanine with other sleeping possibilities.
Dining outdoors, you can enjoy an outdoor shelter with fireplace overlooking a large south facing terrace.
Upstairs: a bedroom with two beds of 0.90, a room with a bed of 1.60, a children's room with bunk beds and a crib. A shower and a toilet.
Some restrictions: linen is not provided (different options are possible) camping and campers are not allowed - Non smoking house - animals in conditions.
