The elegantly appointed master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Pranasleep mattress, new bedding with fine linens. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a new mattress and boxspring, bedding and fine lines and third bedrooms has a queen size bed and are also elegantly decorated with new linens. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with HD Cable and streaming service as well as the lanai and living area. beautiful night stands, elegant lamps, mirrors. You'll enjoy spending time in this stunning decorated condo. Walk in custom closets await you with long comfy bath robes. All bathrooms have the finest towels, magnifying mirrors and blow dryers. The newly appointed kitchen has all new quarts countertops and stainless steel JennAir appliances counter depth refrigerator and wine cooler. It is equipped with everything you' will need. The Marge Carson dinning room table seats 8 with comfortable high backed dining chairs. Elegantly designed modern leather stools adorn the breakfast bar.

Living room has a large L-shaped fine custom "Marge Carson" sofa which offers modern elegance and comfort. The home theater system has a 65' TV, featuring Showtime, Netflix and Hulu streaming service. The lanai awaits you with fine "Summer Classics" wicker outdoor furnishings with sofa, coffee table swivel chair and bar top table and chairs along with a flat panel TV where you can relax and enjoy the Bay and Gulf views. The laundry room features brand new large washer and dryer and also includes an iron and ironing board.
Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, cart and other water toys are available.

Excellent experience

The condo was as advertised. It was recently remodeled, upgraded and clean. It had everything one would need for either a short or long stay. The host was very responsive and made the check in easy. The condo complex is in a great location. It’s close to the beach and has amenities that are excellent for families and adults..

Fabulous Penthouse Condo

We had a fantastic 2 ½ week vacation in this amazing condo. It was large and spacious with an excellent layout. It was immaculately clean, neat and organized -stocked with everything we could ever need. The décor was tasteful and pleasing. The beds and linens were all high quality and comfortable. The view of the Bay and the Gulf beyond was unique and beautiful from morning to night. There were 2 very nice swimming pools. The location was ideal – within walking distance to the beach and the Ritz. Our host Jon was fantastic. He was always immediately available both before and during our stay for any questions. I would highly recommend this unit to the discerning renter who doesn’t want to give up the comforts of home while on vacation.
