C'est une ancienne grange rénovée au calme en campagne, au centre de la Vendée, à 3 km de La Roche sur Yon, à 30 km des Sables d’Olonne, des plages et du bord de mer, à 50 minutes du Puy du Fou et près du Marais Poitevin.
