Loads of family games and movies are available for use, along with a foosball table!

Level elevation out the front door leads to a sandy beach perfect for hours of family fun.

Two kayaks and paddle boards are available for use for summer renters.

Family Get Together/Reunion

The property exceeded all expectations. The owner was super kind and communicated throughly. The property had a beautiful view and access to the lake. The yard was perfect for outdoor activities. The kitchen had everything you would ever need for a fantastic getaway. The garage was screened which made for a great place to gather for meals without bugs. The bedrooms were large and had lots of sleeping options. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to create once in a lifetime memories for their family. Just EXCELLENT in every way!

Great property! Modern with all the amenities but still has that “up north at the cabin” feel!

Kate was really easy to work with to get it scheduled, covered all the amenities, and had everything ready for us when we got there. Very smooth process and would highly recommend Kate and her cabin!

Loved our stay

We were very happy with our stay at Kate's lovely home on beautiful Little Boy Lake. The property was well-equipped and Kate even shared some of her lake "water toys". Hope to stay again in the future!
