Communication with Jackie was great and she responded with answers to questions quickly. Check in was smooth and no hiccups. The property was great for my large family and there was plenty of room to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Kitchen was well stocked as well. We enjoyed our visit to the area.

This was our third year of staying at Jackie's place and once again had a great time. Our party of 9 had plenty of room including two dogs that loved the back yard. The fully stocked kitchen allowing for preparing food a breeze. The location was so convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and fast food!

Cheaper and better than an hotel

For the price of 3 basic hotel rooms we got 5 bedrooms, a full kitchen , enclosed patio, and living and dining room. It was an excellent place to spend time between activities.

Outstanding Property & Host Hospitality

We stopped here for the night passing through on a trip from New England down south. The home couldn’t have been more perfect for our group - plenty of room for everyone, comfortable and clean home and the host added small additional touches that I haven’t experienced at other properties. Christmas vacation

This was our first experience with VRBO and renting a property at Christmas time and we had a wonderful time! Easy booking, great location, lots of unexpected nice touches like Christmas sheets and blankets on the beds, a fully decorated tree and poinsettias. Great place for a family gathering

The property was very clean and well-appointed. It has lots of room for an extended family gathering. The manager was very nice and available for questions. The house is also very conveniently located to the beautiful Fort Monroe area on the water and to the trendy cafes and shops in the Phoebus downtown. Our family had a great time at our stay here.

Return stay with same great experience

This was our second stay at Jackie's place and it was just as great as the first time. The house looks just like it does in the pictures. The kitchen is stocked with so many essentials that it makes cooking while on vacation a breeze. The location of the house is convenient to all things in Hampton and Newport News. Can't wait to plan out trip for next year.

Ms Jackie was a great communicator! Fast responses and work with your special accommodations! We will definitely consider staying here again!
