Lovely Apartment in Calvi

We spend the most wonderful holiday in Sophie’s flat. It’s spacious, light, got a great aircon and perfect terraces, one with a table where we took most of our meals. And the view is just breathtaking! The location is great as well, 5 min to a wonderful beach and 10 min to the old town and Citadel. Plenty to explore within a short drive. The communication with Sophie and her associate Isabelle was great. Any small issue we had was resolved quickly with no questions asked. I highly recommend this flat in this wonderful town.

Lovely apartment in a great location

This apartment is situated on the 3nd floor of a modern building in a really convenient location, overlooking the bay and only a few minutes walk to the beach, the town centre and the harbour. As it occupies a corner position the large balcony provides a panoramic view. We found the apartment to be very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. As the bedrooms had shutters it was nice and quiet for sleeping. If you have a car there is a private car park at the side, which was useful. The only criticism I would make is the lack of storage space in the main bedroom, there is no wardrobe, just a chest of drawers. The security deposit of 1000 euros seemed a bit high, but this was returned ok to my account within a week of us leaving, so it wasn't a problem.

Superbe emplacement face à la mer et la citadelle, proche de toutes commodités, port, centre ville et super U. Appartement climatise avec deux terrasses très bien exposées, soleil du matin et deux chambres avec salles de bains et wc attenants. Résidence sécurisée avec parking. Tout cela très appréciable et on a passé un super séjour. Hote sympathique et arrangeante. Quelques détails négatifs, la table pourrait être plus solide, il manque lumière dans l'entrée, le volet d'une terrasse n'est plus fonctionnel, le rideau de douche dans la baignoire mériterait d'être change et attention à la propreté. (manque un peu de finition).

Appartement conforme à la description et aux photos, bien situé à l'entrée du centre de Calvi, face à la citadelle et à la baie de Calvi. La plage est à 200m.Confortable pour 4 personnes avec 2 chambres et 2 SDB, climatisé. Une petite réserve sur son niveau de vaisselle (verres, assiettes) insuffisant. Des transats sur la terrasse seraient les bienvenus.

Au cœur de Calvi

Bel appartement, bien agencé. Très bien équipé (parasols, jeux de plage enfants, accessoires de plage, produits ménagers…). Emplacement idéal car proche du vieux Calvi accessible à pieds, en face d une plage idéale pour enfants (on a pied très loin et peu de vagues, environnement familial), commerces tout aussi accessibles à pieds, en gros vous garez la voiture et ne reste qu à profiter! Seul bémol mais qui est la conséquence de tous ces avantages : le bruit de la rue. La vue de l appartement est une carte postale, nous en garderons de merveilleux souvenirs avec notre fils de 22 mois!

Appartement dans le centre de Calvi

Un bon séjour dans cet appartement confortable avec une belle terrasse. Nous n'avons pas cuisiné mais tout était à disposition dans la cuisine bien équipée. Le port de Calvi était à distance de marche, et le supermarché à côté. Rien ne nous a manqué. A recommander.

Great location, lovely view

Fantastic apartment for our needs, clean and well equipped. The balcony at the front has a superb view of the citadel and the port. There is a big Super U adjacent to apartment block, which is obviously very handy. Easy walk to the port and restaurants, and the lovely long beach. Also handy for the train station, where we caught the coastal train to Ille Rousse. It was difficult to find the apartment when we first arrived. We had an address but it would have been useful to know to turn immediately left after the Super U if arriving along the coastal road from the east. It took us a while and a few frantic calls to the contact to locate the building. I would highly recommend this apartment.
