House classified Furnished with Tourism 3 * attesting to a good level of comfort (evaluation carried out during a visit by an approved agent and requiring the validation of 112 control criteria).

Private courtyard facing south east with garden furniture and barbecue. Small garden at the back of the house. Enclosed grounds.
Living room with flat screen TV and sofa overlooking open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer ...).
1 bedroom with 160 x 190 bed, overlooking private renovated bathroom with jet shower and WC (window)
1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 x 190.
New mattresses and slatted bed bases in the two bedrooms.

We live in a house located on the same land, but the orientation of the 2 houses allows everyone to be at home without any discomfort. We are at your disposal to allow you to spend a pleasant stay in complete independence.

Summer stay

We had a superb holiday, the location was excellent and the owners who lived nearby were very friendly and welcoming. The surrounding countryside was very beautiful and we feel we had our best holiday in France so far.

Spotless and charming house!

We enjoyed our 3 day stay in Saint Quai de Portrieux. The area is full of wonderful gems to explore along the coast and beyond. Stephane and Michelle are attentive hosts and provided us with a list of must-see places, which we took full advantage of. Since we arrived late after Sunday and in the off-season (early October and nothing is open on Sunday after twelve noon), they made arrangements for us at a local restaurant, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The couple maintains a lovely and spotlessly clean house with every amenity. The beds are comfortable, the rooms large and the house is only a few minutes to the stunning ocean views and a picturesque hike to the center of town. There is parking out front -though a bit tight for a big car so travel small. As well, the wi-fi is not strong so if you are counting on this service, you will need good cell phone coverage. Overall though, it was a memorable experience and deserves a 5 star rating.

Wir haben uns als Familie mir zwei Kindern im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und das Grundstück schön bepflanzt.Es liegt nah am Küstenwanderweg, der sehr schöne Ausblicke bietet. Außerdem ist die imposante Rosa Granitküste nicht weit.

Belle découverte

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison bien équipée et bien située à deux pas du sentier des douaniers ce qui permet de faire de belles balades sans prendre la voiture. Le soleil etait au rendez vous et nous a permis de profiter des beaux sites aux alentours. Accueil très agréable des propriétaires.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage nah am Meer

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, sauber, gemütlich und in einer tollen lage... Wenige Meter von der traumhaften Küste und einem tollen Wanderweg entfernt. Die Bäckerei und ein paar tolle Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Touristeninformation sind zu Fuß in etwa 20 min zu erreichen. Alles in allem war es perfekt 👍 danke an Michele und Stephan

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Küstenwanderweg ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Ganz in der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Kiesstrände. Sandstrände gibt es im Ortskern, in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Vermieter wohnen nebendran. Der Kontakt war angenehm und unkompliziert. Mme Servira spricht auch Englisch. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön, sauber, verfügt über 2 Badezimmern und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Wir würden wieder kommen. Wichtig: Die Endreinigung ist nicht inklusive. Wenn man das wünscht, sollte man das rechtzeitig mit der Vermieterin klären.

Schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz und guten Ausgangslage für Ausflüge

Das Haus hat eine schöne und ruhige Lage und ist super, um Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung zu machen. Um zu Fuß zum Hafen oder in den Bereich zu laufen, wo man eine Auswahl an Restaurants hat, muss man 30-40 Minuten laufen. Baguette zum Frühstück holen ist ohne Auto nicht möglich. Es gibt jedoch eine gute Auswahl an Supermärkten, die man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Der Ort selbst hat eine Menge zu bieten, und es lohnt sich, ihn zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir waren zu zweit und fanden es praktisch, so viel Platz zu haben. Für eine 4-köpfige Familie wird es mit dem Geschirr evtl. etwas knapp, aber dafür gibt es eine Spülmaschine. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschöne Woche in Saint-Quay-Portrieux in diesen stilvollen eingerichteten Ferienhaus. In diesem Haus fehlte es nichts und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die sehr netten Gastgeber gaben uns viele Tips, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Tolle Ausflugsziele waren innerhalb einer Stunde zu erreichen.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter

Michéle und Stéphane sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Empfangen wurden wir mit einer Flasche Cidré und vielen Tipps. Das Haus ist gut geeignet um von dort Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Und, auch bei Regen, groß genug für vier Personen.
