The home has 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a 1/2 bath on the first floor. Amenities include: large shaded patio, lighted sport court, open concept kitchen and family room, lower level rec room and first floor laundry. Central air, wifi/cable, gas grill, laundry, outdoor sports, fire pit and parking for 3-5 vehicles in the driveway are all included with this rental. Large, open backyard in flight path is great for catching views of airplanes. Home is conveniently located off 41, near shopping and many restaurants.

Amazing Stay!

My team rented the house for the EAA AirVenture show week. It was nice to return to a clean, quiet space to relax after a long day exhibiting at the show. The backyard is amazing and provided an oasis for our team. The owner is fantastic to work with. I highly recommend this property!

We had been very well prepped by the owners as to how to enter the property and they were very flexible when we decided to arrive earlier than planned. The lovely house is in a very quiet, well-manicured neighborhood a 10-minute car ride from Oshkosh and AirVenture which is why we visited. The house is beautifully appointed and was spotlessly clean when we arrived with air-conditioning and ceiling fans running which made it very comfortable because it was hot in WI! All the kitchen utensils we needed were available and we were invited to use what we could find in the cupboard e.g. spices, seasonings etc. We preferred to eat in after a long day at AirVenture, so this was a real plus and pre-dinner drinks on the lovely patio were a joy. The owners had told us about the close food store, and we were easily able to supply our needs there. We didn't use the grill, although it was available. Mid-way through the week we were able to use the washer and dryer which meant that we didn't have to overpack too. I called the owners once during our stay for a minor piece of advice and they were very pleasant and readily available for us. A wonderful stay!

The home is lovely and we felt very comfortable. It was close to the EAA so coming and going was very easy. Lisa was most accommodating and responsive. We had a lovely time!

Very nice house in quiet neighborhood

Large 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with huge finished basement with media room. Owner was very communicative and there are lots of amenities - WiFi, large patio with gas grill, sports court, trampoline and 2 car garage - all at the customers disposal.
