Very beautiful residence recently built in the most upscale and cosmopolitan location of Agadir. With its gardens and 2 private swimming pools, access reserved for residents, located a few meters from the beach and close to the city center.

The complex was very nice but the apartment was not good, it was dirty, the bed linen and towels were dirty with hairs in the bed we had to strip the beds and wash the sheets, the windows in the patio were filthy, the toaster didn't work, the pillows were filthy, the skirting boards in bedroom were peeling, on arrival the host charged us 80 for tourist tax and service charge when the listing clearly states all fees included and no hidden fees.

Magnifique séjour à la résidence hivernage Agadir

J'ai passé en compagnie de ma famille un agréable séjour à la résidence hivernage Agadir. Le logement est très propre, bien meublé et donnant sur l'une des deux magnifiques piscines de la résidence. L'hôte Said a été très agréable, serviable et à l'écoute de nos besoins tout au long du séjour. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement surtout quand vous voyagez en famille (très bon rapport qualité vs prix).

Très belle appartement offrant une belle vue sur la piscine. L'apparte est spacieux, propre est bien équipé. La résidence est bien situé à quelque minute de la plage, marjane, restaurant à la marina .

Top Wohnung mit Erholungsgarantie für Selbstverpfleger

Die Wohnung ist aus meiner Sicht für marokkanische Verhältnisse im oberen Segment anzusehen. Die Ausstattung ist super - uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr schön ist die Terrasse, die man von beiden Schlafzimmern betreten kann, mit Blick auf den Pool. Wir haben dort immer gegessen. Es gibt eine 2. Terrasse die wir genutzt haben um Wäsche und unsere Luftmatratzen zu trocknen :-) In der Anlage gibt es auch Eigentümer, die tagsüber arbeiten und nachmittags am Pool entspannen was dazu führt dass es ab 16Uhr voller wird. Dadurch dass die Anlage nicht voll gebucht war und scheinbar noch nicht alle Wohnungen verkauft sind, hatte man zu jeder Zeit genug Platz am und im Pool. Die letzten 2 Tage waren viele Jugendliche dort, die sich leider etwas daneben benommen haben (lautes rumschreien, springen vom Beckenrand, Fussball spielen) - das Publikum kann man sich leider nicht aussuchen :-) trotzdem ist es immer friedlich geblieben - Die Mehrzahl waren Familien mit Kindern. Durch den Pool waren wir nicht am Strand - die Vermieter meinten sowieso dass man am besten nach Taghazout fährt (30min mit dem Auto), da der fußläufige Strand nicht so sicher wäre. Wir sind nur abends zur Strandpromenade gefahren um ein wenig rum zu laufen. Um die Anlage wird viel gebaut und ich denke in ein paar Jahren findet man dort eine Top Location. Im Moment ist drum herum fast nichts und es empfiehlt sich ein Auto zu haben (auch wegen der Sicherheit nicht abends ausserhalb der Anlage rum laufen - nur mit Auto!). Es gibt 24h Security am Eingang und innerhalb der Anlage, die sogar die Zäune nachts ablaufen. Wir waren 6 Nächte dort und haben es sehr genossen ! Übrigens: die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und sind sehr freundlich :-) beide Daumen hoch und vielen Dank
