The Domaine du Pré is located 15 minutes from the beaches, on the shores of Lake Jaunay.
The chalet is located in the center of a private plot on which you will be free to install your deckchairs, organize barbecues, and let your children have fun freely.

Housing

The 42 m² chalet welcomes you with all the comforts you will need to make the most of your stay, it features a TV, cable Internet connection (RJ45), a convertible sofa bed (= extra double bed), 2 independent bedrooms very well insulated (1 double bed for one and 2 single beds for the other), a kitchen with coffee machine, traditional oven, microwave, hob vitroceramics, large fridge with freezer and of course, all common kitchen utensils.
You will find in the spacious bathroom a shower cubicle, a hairdryer and plenty of storage space to make you feel at home. The toilets are independent of the bathroom.
The 12 m² wooden covered terrace will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals, but also to rest in the shade when nap time arrives ... Without being completely isolated from all looks, the plantations present on the entire periphery of the plot allow to considerably reduce the vis-à-vis with the other chalets.
As for outdoor equipment, a table and 6 chairs for meals as well as deckchairs are at your disposal, as well as a charcoal barbecue.
Baby equipment is available on request (cot and high chair)

15 km from the beaches of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and Brétignolles sur Mer, on the edge of the magnificent Jaunay Lake (115 hectares), the Domaine du Pré invites you to relax in the heart of a protected natural area.

On the estate, you can enjoy the many amenities that will enhance your stay:
• A heated swimming lake with sandy beach ideal for children. This original concept is perfect for letting your children play at the water's edge without worry, open from mid-June to mid-September,
• A heated indoor swimming pool with whirlpool open from the beginning of April to the end of October,

• 3 play areas for children (play structures as well as a multisports ground),
• A large pétanque court,
• Direct access to the Jaunay lake with a crêperie, as well as nautical activities (paddle, pedal boats, etc.).
You can complete the tour of the lake by following a 12 km path and can follow the botanical path along 1. 5km in the forest on the heights of the lake, directly accessible from the domain.
