Excellent location. Very small but well equipped. Lot of street noise in evening and also some scaffolding building work in day which was also noisy

Great property in a great neighborhood

The neighborhood in the property were unbelievable. Safe and friendly. Everything nearby. Definitely worth buying in and walking to everywhere you need to go. Eiffel tower was a 15 minute bike ride. Notre Dame was a 10 minute bike ride. Everything within sight.
