Apartment on the ground floor, with veranda facing the sea, triple exposure, only bay windows, electric shutters.
Idyllic location. Absolute calm, you hear only the sound of the waves and you will devour your eyes this sea, which constantly offers you its palette of colors, not to mention the incessant broom of trawlers, or pleasure boats of all kinds. You will never get tired of the different sunrises every day.
You will do everything on foot, the Countess beach at the foot of the building, 2 minutes from the port by the GR 34, near shops, markets.
Always by the GR 34, you will reach all the beaches of SAINT-QUAY, five in number and you will leave for many breathtaking discoveries, on this torn coast.
If you like sailing, SAINT QUAY has a DEEP WATER port. Possibility to rent all types of boats.
If you like shore fishing, you will enjoy it.

Je ferais 2 notations :Emplacement et vue mer : Excellent. 4/5Logement : Nous n'avons pas pu vider nos valises par manque de place.La propriĂ©taire doit savoir si elle veut faire de la location ou se rĂ©server son appartement. Trop d'effets personnels ainsi que photos ou affiches qui n'ont plus a ĂȘtre dans l'appartement.Bien que vieillissant , je n'ai pas besoin d'un dĂ©ambulateur restĂ© dans la chambre.Le lit dans la chambre est un clic clac.Il serait temps de faire du tri dans les placards de la propriĂ©taire.Concernant l'appartement je ne mettrais qu'une note de 2/5.Manque d'ensoleillement.Je ne comprend les notes de 10/10.Appartement que j ne souhaite pas relouer et que je ne consellerais pas.

Aufwachen mit Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang ĂŒber dem Meer

Wir haben 5 erholsame Tage Anfang August in dem sehr persönlich und freundlich ausgestatteten Apartment mit direkter Lage und Ausblick aufs Meer verbracht. Highlight ist der kleine Garten mit Sitzplatz und vielen Blumen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren ausgezeichnet. Das Appartement bot leider keinerlei Möglichkeiten das GepÀck zu verstauen, da alles mit Privateigentum belegt war. Alles sehr beengt.

Comme indiquĂ© dans l'annonce l'appartement est trĂšs bien placĂ© et la vie magnifique. La plage est au pied de l'appartement ce qui est un gros plus. MAIS il n'est pas indiquĂ© dans l'annonce qu'il faut amener ces draps et serviettes. Nous l'avons appris la veille du dĂ©part. L'Ă©lectricitĂ© est un sus ce qui n'est pas non plus indiquĂ© dans l'annonce. 15 euros d'Ă©lectricitĂ© pour 4 nuits alors que nous avons mis le chauffage qu'une journĂ©e a 17 degrĂ©s. Il n'y a pas de vĂ©ritable chambre. Il y a un espace avec un lit (canapĂ© lit) avec un rideau pour sĂ©parer de la piĂšce principale. Il serait donc bien d'ĂȘtre plus prĂ©cis dans l'annonce afin d'Ă©viter les mauvaises surprises.

Belle vue depuis l'appartement. Véranda appréciable pour profiter de la vue à l'abri du vent.

Le lit est en fait un canapé convertible laissé en position couchage, le confort de couchage sur ce convertible est trÚs moyen.

Sehr schönes Appartement, sauber, liebevoll und sehr komplett ausgestattet. Das Beste war aber der Blick aufs Meer und die sehr schönen SpaziergÀnge, die wir dort machen konnten.

Emplacement idéal

Petit appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© quasiment sur la plage et trĂšs proche des commerces. BĂ©nĂ©ficie du soleil du soir. Équipement plĂ©thorique et notamment fibre internet. Le parking facile au mois de juin risque d'ĂȘtre plus difficile en plein Ă©tĂ©. Nous gardons l'adresse pour nous et nos amis.

A great place to relax!

Excellent location with lovely sea view. Apartment has everything needed to ‘self cater’ and everything works. There is no internet at the apartment but that makes the stay even more restful. Would stay here again!
