Apartment on the ground floor, with veranda facing the sea, triple exposure, only bay windows, electric shutters.
Idyllic location. Absolute calm, you hear only the sound of the waves and you will devour your eyes this sea, which constantly offers you its palette of colors, not to mention the incessant broom of trawlers, or pleasure boats of all kinds. You will never get tired of the different sunrises every day.
You will do everything on foot, the Countess beach at the foot of the building, 2 minutes from the port by the GR 34, near shops, markets.
Always by the GR 34, you will reach all the beaches of SAINT-QUAY, five in number and you will leave for many breathtaking discoveries, on this torn coast.
If you like sailing, SAINT QUAY has a DEEP WATER port. Possibility to rent all types of boats.
If you like shore fishing, you will enjoy it.

Je ferais 2 notations :Emplacement et vue mer : Excellent. 4/5Logement : Nous n'avons pas pu vider nos valises par manque de place.La propriétaire doit savoir si elle veut faire de la location ou se réserver son appartement. Trop d'effets personnels ainsi que photos ou affiches qui n'ont plus a être dans l'appartement.Bien que vieillissant , je n'ai pas besoin d'un déambulateur resté dans la chambre.Le lit dans la chambre est un clic clac.Il serait temps de faire du tri dans les placards de la propriétaire.Concernant l'appartement je ne mettrais qu'une note de 2/5.Manque d'ensoleillement.Je ne comprend les notes de 10/10.Appartement que j ne souhaite pas relouer et que je ne consellerais pas.

Wir haben 5 erholsame Tage Anfang August in dem sehr persönlich und freundlich ausgestatteten Apartment mit direkter Lage und Ausblick aufs Meer verbracht. Highlight ist der kleine Garten mit Sitzplatz und vielen Blumen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Comme indiqué dans l'annonce l'appartement est très bien placé et la vie magnifique. La plage est au pied de l'appartement ce qui est un gros plus. MAIS il n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce qu'il faut amener ces draps et serviettes. Nous l'avons appris la veille du départ. L'électricité est un sus ce qui n'est pas non plus indiqué dans l'annonce. 15 euros d'électricité pour 4 nuits alors que nous avons mis le chauffage qu'une journée a 17 degrés. Il n'y a pas de véritable chambre. Il y a un espace avec un lit (canapé lit) avec un rideau pour séparer de la pièce principale. Il serait donc bien d'être plus précis dans l'annonce afin d'éviter les mauvaises surprises.

A great place to relax!

Excellent location with lovely sea view. Apartment has everything needed to ‘self cater’ and everything works. There is no internet at the apartment but that makes the stay even more restful. Would stay here again!
