This place was excellent. If I'm ever in Missoula again, this will be the first place I look for. The layout is great, theres plenty of room, and the location is peaceful. The host is very pleasant. I cant say enough great things about this stay
Wonderful place! Everything was clean, with thoughtful amenities placed throughout the house, including a truly tasty selection of treats on the kitchen table. The owner is friendly and even offered to reduce our cost when he thought our entire group wasn’t showing up. If we’re ever back in Missoula, we’ll definitely stay here again.
A lovely cozy home in a wonderful location near Fort Missoula park and short drive (15 mins) to Downtown. Grocery and other shopping 5 mins away. The Host was so kind and always available to answer our questions. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
We got a really nice basement area for our stay in Missoula, and our hosts could not have been nicer. It was a wonderful space, cool and surprisingly bright, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. There were some small bugs in my bathroom each morning but they were benign and expected to a degree in an area full of insect life.
Very spacious and inviting! Beautiful inside and out. Great spot for a family or friends to stay in close proximity to the downtown missoula amenities. Host was very kind and communicative throughout the process.

Guests were great. Very considerate and took great care of our rental.
This property is a daylight basement suite beneath the hosts' home. The hosts communicated wonderfully and were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, with soft, cotton bedding. We visited in summer, and the space stayed pleasantly cool. The yard was lovely, with beautiful flowers, and thoughtful amenities like coffee and shampoo were provided. Despite being below the main house, the suite felt very private and quiet. Overall, a great location that was peaceful and serene.
The space was spacious. There was plenty of room for us to have our own space. Tom was a gracious host and went out of his way to make we felt welcome. Great location not far from downtown.

My five guests of the lsst 3 nights were celebrating a family member who achieved a masters degree. Very respectful, appreciative, and took great care of my rental. Thank you.
It's a very spacious downstairs apartment with 3 bedrooms. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. You do hear the owners upstairs when they are moving around. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

What a lovely and welcoming accommodation!! So clean and well equipped! Perfect for 2 couples with separate bathrooms and a large gathering space. A beautiful and open daylight basement!! Would definitely stay again!! A great location as missoula is so busy we felt out in the country but great accessibility to town. Very friendly and accommodating host!!

Why they chose this property
We are in a semi rural area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Frequent deer in our yard. There are about 100 acres of state land across the street with miles of walking paths available. We are conveniently located one half a mile from the city limits. All of Missoula is within 10 to 20 minutes of our location.
What makes this property unique
We are about one mile from Community hospital and about 4 miles from St Patrick hospital. We are about one mile away from the huge parks and recreational fields at Fort Missoula. We are across the street from the Montana State Tree Nursery. The DNRC (Department of Natural Resources and Conservation/nursery) easily has 4 or 5 miles of roads and trails for easy walking to relax and stretch your legs. Wildlife include dear, occasional fox, seasonal geese, a rare racoon. This area is available for the public. You have a semi rural feeling with lots of space. A large yard available for lawn games. A bocci ball set is provided. Lots of parking available in front and also more private parking in the back of the house if needed. There is a huge garden in the back of the property.
