Our lovely condo comes fully equipped for your Cape Cod vacation. Enjoy ocean and dune views of both Cape Cod Bay and East Harbor. Association private beach is steps away. The condo includes a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, linens, towels, beach umbrella and chairs. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower in 2022. Ample parking is also available as well as a bike rack. Back deck has seating, as well as front with Adirondack chairs to sit outside and enjoy the ocean view.

Great Place

First, the communication with the owners was outstanding! Sheryl & Joe kept us in the loop with check in, during our stay and checkout. The studio was clean and very spacious for 2 people. Kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook your meals. The newly renovated bathroom has a great shower and was spotless. We sat on the back deck for drinks and enjoyed the view of the dunes. The rear parking lot was very spacious and has a space to lock your bikes. We definitely want to return.

Sweet retreat

Had a great time at this picture perfect well appointed Truro cottage. Everything you need is included - from shampoo to dish soap to beach chairs, we just checked in and relaxed. The decor was quite lovely - nice choices throughout - and being steps away from the beach and a short drive into P-town was a huge plus. We could see the sunrise over the dunes out one side of the cottage, and the sunset over the bay looking out the other way. And the hosts could not have been more responsive! It was a quiet retreat close to P-town before a more extended family gathering at a big house in Eastham, and it was all we were hoping for. Pictures are very accurate and everything was up to date and modern and in great shape. Even the chime on the microwave was turned off so I could heat up my tea without disturbing my partner - genius! We will definitely return!

Highly recommend!

This condo was so perfect for my husband and me! It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was a short drive to Provincetown and Wellfleet for hikes/bike trails and restaurants. It was also a short drive to the Truro vineyards. The beach is right across the street, and Sheryl and Joe supply beach chairs and towels. We were so happy with our decision to stay at this condo!! Thanks to Sheryl and Joe for being such great hosts!

Pleasant experience

We had a great time at this condo. It was well prepared for our stay, super clean, comfortable bed, with all necessary supplies from kitchenware and paper towels to beach chairs and towels. It is just across the road from the beach, very convenient. Communication with owners was excellent - quick responses, very accommodating. Will be back next year, all we need is good weather!

Perfect Cottage

We love staying in Cape Breezes and this was the first time in unit #6. I'm afraid to say too many nice things on here, because I don't want it to be booked up next time!! Steps from the beach and a wonderful little store/deli that has everything you need to stock up. Can't go wrong.

The BEST time

We stayed for a week with our one year old and had the best time! We were so thankful to have towels, beach chairs, (even a toddler chair!) and an umbrella provided! It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and they welcomed us with a bottle of white wine! The beach being directly across the street was so convenient, as well as the taking the bus from out front to town. Will def book again!

Cozy condo minutes from beach

We had a great time at Cape Breeze. Sheryl and Joe were very welcoming and helpful in thinking about our needs. For example, providing a second set of higher beach chairs easier for people challenged by getting up from the low ones. Private beach was clean and lovely to relax and swim in the bay. They also suggested local restaurants and the unit was well appointed. Lovely stay and very relaxing!!

Sheryl is a Massachusetts native who grew up coming to the Cape every year with her family. They loved driving over sand at Race Point Beach. She currently works in higher education.
Joe grew up in upstate New York and spent his childhood summers camping at state parks on the lakes of the Adirondack mountains. He currently works in information technology.
After we met and got married we began coming to the Cape every summer. In 2018 we decided to invest in our own place here in paradise, which we now share with you. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Our newly redecorated condo is clean, fresh, and convenient to everything the outer cape offers! In addition to the private association beach just across quiet Shore Road, we are right off of the 2nd Beach Point exit on Rt 6, which means even from the far end of town you can be back within just a few minutes. We have plenty of parking behind the building - big enough for your boat or trailer. There is also a bike rack to secure your bikes.

What makes this property unique

North Truro is close to everything without being too crowded or noisy. The Provincetown shuttle stops right outside our door - pay $2 and take a short ride to explore restaurants, night life, shopping and art galleries. The Cape Cod National Seashore is yours to explore, with 11 beaches in Truro alone. The Truro Vineyard (just 3 miles away down Rt. 6) has wine, food, music and other events all summer long.
