The space in the description is fully yours as the upstairs has a separate entrance but with the facility to open it up if you desire.

-The Park located behind the Backyard is PRIVATE PROPERTY and we are not allowed to go there. We have beautiful parks just 5 mins away :)

GUEST INTERACTION:
I like to give my guests a feeling of a vacation home, so I won't show up unless you need me, I'll be happy to be there for you! :)
I am super accessible if you need me I will be available to help you with anything you might need and answer any questions during your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
No access to Garage.
This is a basement apartment.
Some times you will hear water running through the pipes of the house.
I host another area of the house also for guests. The space in the description is fully yours as they occupy a separate entrance. If you would like to have a bigger group or family reunions check it out and let me know!
As mention in my listing, I rent another the upstairs to other guests. Please respect Quiet hours from 10 pm-8:00 am. Same thing I have asked from them so everybody can be happy :)

Please note this place do not have Air conditioning. However we have ceiling fans on each bedroom and the living room.
